Use the queen size Murphy bed for sleeping additional guests. Outdoor Features: Outside Patio: Take a break from the sun, perfect for evening entertaining in the shade. Enjoy a large patio complete with bar patio table and six chairs, a propane Weber BBQ grill.

Large Private Dock: Take an easy stair less walk to the private dock with a large swim/deck and swim ladder to help you get in and out of the water. After swimming grab cold drink from refrigerator or cool off using the fresh water shower. Half of the deck is covered for shade, and plenty of seating and tables for entertaining. One covered boat slip 10 ft. x 25 ft. Plus one PWC slip is available for your boats or rental boats or PWC’s. And the dock is great for fishing!
