This BEAUTIFUL apartment (less than 4 years old) is super clean, fully furnished, conveniently located, and just waiting for you! We offer the perfect vacation rental for a maximum of two people! This magnificent 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment nestled in the very charming Old Northeast St. Petersburg. This farmhouse style apartment features a queen-sized bed, amazing walk-in shower, hardwood stairs, imported Italian porcelain tile floors, lots of natural lighting, lofty ceilings, black stainless-steel appliances, Roku TV, high speed Wi-Fi, private parking, coffee/tea bar and charm to the max! Perfect for the adventurous couple looking for a lively town. You will spend your days discovering many restaurants, nightlife, the new pier, museums, or catch the Cross Bay Ferry and explore Tampa. Nearly all of this is within a short walk from this apartment! You can also rent a local bike or a scooter to get you around Downtown and discover even more! Feel like laying on the beach? No problem! That is only a few blocks away! It is all here!!

Bring your furbaby. We know they are family and would love to have them. (Small dogs only, max of two, under 25lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay. NO puppies) Dogs must be well behaved and housetrained. Please be sure to use the filter option and click on the pet option. Your booking will need to reflect the furbabies.

Perfect Spot for ST. Petersburg

This was the perfect place for our 5 day trip to St. Petersburg... the unit is immaculate, well stocked, gracious hosts thought of everything for our stay. We really liked the washer dryer, privacy, quiet and safe neighborhood, snacks, coffee station, and walkability.

Great place in the Old Northeast

I've stayed in several one bedroom VRBOs in the Old Northeast over the years and this is one of the nicest I've seen. It feels very new and was immaculate - the hosts were very communicative and the place was stocked with extra toiletries, snacks, coffee, etc. I will defiitely be a return visitor!

Wonderful Stay!

This is exactly how VRBO stays should be: the listing was informative and accurate; the hosts communicated clearly and responded promptly; the apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and included everything one would need. And lots of thoughtful touches and details too! I so enjoyed my stay at Sherry and Rob's property. I hope to be back soon.

Excellent hosts, excellent property, amazing stay!

The hosts are amazing and so thoughtful! They stock their place with so many things and the place is gorgeous and immaculate. Excellent WiFi, easy access to walk to the ocean, pier, etc. The hosts are so sweet and so thoughtful! Parking spot is right next to your door and not on a street! I felt very safe. Would schedule to stay again in a heartbeat!!!

Home Away From Home

This property was the perfect spot for me. It is in a beautiful neighborhood filled with amazingly charming homes. It is a very walkable neighborhood which was very important, as I was a guest for 2 weeks. The property itself was warm and welcoming and super easy to access. It was clean and the amenities were perfect! If you need to be away from home, this is the perfect place to stay!

Peace in St. Petersburg

Fabulous stay at the Stella!

Our stay at the Stella was amazing. The apartment was modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts, Sherry and Bob, were so responsive and as we settled in, quick to answer our questions. The location couldn't have been better. The historic Old Northeast neighborhood is fabulous - easy walking distance to downtown St. Pete, Vinoy Park, and so much more. And the neighborhood is so lovely and a treat in and of itself. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Go, stay, and enjoy!

Charming comfort in St. Pete

Bob & Sherry are excellent hosts. They were very communicative before my trip and upon arrival. What really surprised me in a great way was the thought and care they put into stocking the home with any goods a traveler may need, from coffee to toothbrushes to healthy snacks. Thank you. I’ll be staying with you anytime I’m in St. Pete. Much love!

A wonderful apartment in a great location.

There were so many nice things about the apartment. The location was excellent and very easy to park in the private space. It's located above the garage so it offers plenty of privacy. Everything was new and renovated. The floor plan is also excellent, with a 1 bedroom setup with a separate living room/kitchen area. What stood out is all the little things. The bed, sheets, and towels are extremely comfortable and the owners provided tons of extra things, like coffee, snacks, Netflix, etc and plenty of extras in the bathroom. It was all the little details that made this apartment stand out above all the others. This felt much more like a home than a vacation rental.

Not all that

Location was convenient to reggae rise up. Property very clean looking and we'll put together. First full day of our well deserved vacation our vehicle was blocked in by city workers who then cut power to the Stella, waking us up at the butt crack of dawn. With no plans till the eve, we were forced to get an Uber to run errands, with no AC we had to get out. This was unplanned, unexpected, annoying and put a serious damper on our super mellow relaxation vibe for the wknd. Wake up to be greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom, A few city roaches on the stairs as well. Furnishings we're pretty, but terribly uncomfortable. 1 love seat, 1 queen bed and 2 barstools is all u get. No sofa, no recliner, no ottoman, no super cloud top bed for the eve. Watch out for the headboard, if y'all get busy it's gonna make a racket. We were charged a cleaning fee, but were still reprimanded for leaving a few dishes in the sink. We were also accused of smoking in the apartment. We brought Buddha with us for reggae rise up, didn't smoke in the house but definitely had it with us. my buddha now smells like the inside of her stinky fridge. The owner gonna send us a wall of text that we disrespected her property and broke the rules. Also threatened to charge us more $. also reprimanded for leaving a dimmed light on all nite while we slept in an unfamiliar place. Could go on but I'm out of characters. Skip this one, plenty better in the area

This review is not accurate nor is it too surprising given the way you reacted when we addressed a few broken house rules with you. I always ask our guests how they are enjoying the apartment two days into their stay and none of what you are claiming was ever mentioned at that time or at any time during your 5-night stay only when we politely tried to speak with you about some concerns. We have only received 5-star reviews from our guests, including those who stayed with us just prior and after your stay. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and comfortable place for our guests to stay. We welcome our future guests to read our true reviews.
