Located in a park, this villa enjoys a peaceful environment while being in the immediate vicinity of downtown Sarlat and its entertainment!
Covering an area of 125m2, the villa "La Spacieuse" can accommodate 6/8 people. In the immediate vicinity of the car park it has a ground floor opening and can therefore accommodate visitors with reduced mobility.
It consists of a large living room with a living room / TV and fully equipped American kitchen. Between the 2 a large dining room table to share meals.
This room opens onto a furnished terrace (furniture + parasol) which overlooks the roofs of Sarlat. The ideal place to start the day with breakfast with the sun rising to end it by basking in the jacuzzi (4 people) which is exclusively reserved for you.
A 1st bedroom is located on the ground floor: a 160 cm double bed and a bathroom with adapted shower. This room gives you direct access to the terrace (picture window). Separate WC on the ground floor.
The living room sofa is convertible: 2 additional people can sleep. However no blackout blind in this room.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: a 1st with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower / wc, then a second bedroom with 1 double bed. The latter overlooks the park. Another living room (living room and American kitchen) opens onto a large balcony and offers a superb view of Sarlat: the sofa (140 cm) is convertible and therefore offers 1 additional bed for 2 people. Finally 1 bathroom shower and 1 separate toilet complete the floor.

So why 2 rooms to live in this villa? Simply because it consists of 2 separate apartments (1 T3 with the large room on the ground floor + 2 bedrooms; and 1 T2 located upstairs with living room + 1 bedroom) which can communicate through a landing door on the 1st floor. The 2 apartments have an independent entrance. You have the choice!

We offer an option "sheets and towels" at the price of 10 € / person; as well as a relaxation kit also at a price of 10 € / person: it includes a bathrobe + 1 bath towel + 1 pair of slippers (ideal for enjoying the jacuzzi).
