Joanne’s place was an amazing place to stay in Saratoga for a girls trip. It was an extremely comfortable stay and you are so close to everything. We walked to the track and downtown.

We had an incredible experience here, the home was very impressive and spacious. The proximity to downtown Saratoga was a huge plus. Joanne was an extremely generous host and proactively made sure our group had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience

The home was quaint, welcoming, and warm. Very clean and accommodating. Having a sizable driveway, patio, and porch were a bonus. The location is second to none. Walking distance to a vibrant downtown and the spectacular Congress Park. Joanne was an excellent host. Communications were timely and friendly. She went above and beyond expectations! A definite stay. I highly recommend staying at this home.

Awesome Property

Walking distance to downtown and great location to track. Bed and bathrooms great shape. The kitchen is great for cooking and sharing meals with friends/family. Great Stay!!

Perfect getaway house for the family

Historic yet updated beautiful home in great location. We rented it for the weekend for my husbands birthday. Close to shopping and restaurants and plenty of space with en suite bathrooms for everyone to fit. Joanne was very easy to work with and very helpful. Would rent it again!

Fantastic Stay in Great Location.

For those wanting to enjoy all Saratoga has to offer (the town, the track, some golf, maybe even SPAC) you cannot ask for a better property. It is right in the heart of it all with the downtown a short walk away, and the track less than a 10 minute drive. Joanne’s home is beautiful and there is plenty of beds and space for all your guests. Can’t beat it.

50th birthday getaway!

This property was amazing, lots of room and very clean. We were a group of 5 couples away for a birthday celebration and the location was perfect. Short walks to bars, restaurants, and shopping. We even walked to the track on Saturday morning. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this house for a wonderful weekend in Saratoga.

This home is a vacation in itself!

Joanne was VERY accessible, the location of this truly AMAZING home is perfect for downtown. The home has everything one could possibly need and so much more, with notes for ease of utilizing tech etc. Tasteful decor, smart home, very relaxing porch & private patio, roomy, clean, beautiful showers/baths, fireplaces (all working!). Such a treat to stay. Truly a vacation in itself.

Spacious, comfortable home

The VRBO pictures do not do this hyjustice. The rooms are larger and brighter than we expected. Our family reunion of nine, from 14 to 89 spen most of our time catching up either around the kitchen table or in the large and comfortable living room. We rented the nanny room as well which gave us tons of space. The younger set took full advantage of the close shopping. Highly recommend.

Perfect

My husband and I and two other couples stayed at this lovely Victorian house two weekends ago. We were visiting saratoga for a Dave Matthews concert at spac and were booked into a hotel that was too far out of town. We decided last minute to try vrbo. I got in touch with the owner Joanne who was nice as can be and responded very quickly to my email. The house was immaculate and very comfortable for 6 people and can hold at least two more couples. We each had our own bathroom and beds were very comfortable! Even though the owner told me she would be in Sweden during our stay she contacted me two or three times and responded promptly to my many silly questions! The house is a short walk to the middle of town which made it extremely easy to go out our second night and not have to worry about driving. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it as an alternative to staying in a hotel!

Perfect House for Family Get Away

I booked this home for myself, my two daughters and my 4 granddaughters. One of the daughters had a queen bed upstairs and her two girls chose the other two upstairs bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other a king. All upstairs bedrooms had their own full bathroom. My other daughter had a king size bed in the master suite downstairs. I had a queen size bed in the sunroom right off the kitchen. I enjoyed reclining in the leather sofa while watching tv in there. The master bedroom bathroom was used by all as it was the only bathroom on the first floor. It had two entry ways-one off the bedroom and one off the main hallway. We all enjoyed the covered porch area which included a wonderful hammock that the girls all enjoyed very much! The house was very clean and cozy! the location was absolutely perfect! We were truly walking distance to both Broadway and the track. The host was excellent and timely with all communication. Will definitely book this again in the future!

Lovely Saratoga Home

This is a lovely home with all the comforts and amenities you need for a great stay. The location is very close to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to SPAC and other Saratoga favorites. Owner is very easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Beautiful home, Ideal Location, Super host!

The home was a perfect fit for a trip with my immediate family (7 Adults, 1 infant). The home is beautiful, and very spacious for a larger group. It's also located in the center of it all - we were able to walk to both the race track and downtown to all shopping, restaurants, etc. Finally, Joanne made the rental process super easy. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect Saratoga Springs stay

We were a group of family women celebrating life in general. Saratoga Springs has been a destination for years to do this gathering and this beautiful house was perfect for our June 2022 group. This home, with its beautiful rooms, art, warmth and amenities provided everything we could have asked for. There were so many areas that allowed us to visit with each other, privately or with the entire group. Its location was close to the hustle and bustle of Broadway’s shops and restaurants and we love to shop. Congress Park is a favorite, too, as one of the best parks ever. Thanks to manager Joanne for being welcoming and making everything so easy for our stay. So, if you choose to experience this 1868 elegant home, you are in for a treat!

Beautiful home close to village and restaurants

The house is historic and beautiful and is situated on a corner only a few blocks from the main part of the village close to many restaurants and lovely Congress Park. We were a large family group celebrating a milestone birthday. The home helped make our family gathering even more special! It is quite comfortable with several TVs available. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. There are several bedrooms with bathrooms. Because the house is large and also has a very nice outdoor space, none of us felt like we were crowded. There is a side porch for sitting, a patio area and several members of the family really enjoyed the basketball hoop! Very close by is Saratoga Spa State Park with pools and nice grounds for walking and letting children run. We drove to the historic Saratoga battlefield and another day went a bit north to go boating on Lake George. Joanne couldn't be a more responsive and pleasant host! I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect Spot!

Joanne's house in Saratoga Springs is a wonderful property. Perfectly located in the downtown area, the home and its surroundings are simply perfect for those returning to Saratoga year after year or even visiting for the first time. Joanne is an amazing host, a great communicator, and ensured that the house was perfect upon arrival. I hope to stay at her property when visiting Saratoga in the future!

Friends Reunion/Celebration of Life Memorial

This house is all around spectacular…In and of itself, it’s walking location to everything, and the host Joanne! Immaculately clean, beautiful decor, fabulous kitchen and connecting porch where 10 of us ladies spent most of our time chatting and memorializing one of our dear friends who lost her life last year. This was a celebration of life reunion for our best friend, Deborah Meyer, and we hope to have it every year at Joanne’s house. Highly recommend this house to everyone…worth every penny and then some!
