This property is extremely family oriented. We had 3 generations and the floor plan was perfect. The house is extremely well stock and as a bonus it is stocked with beach supplies and lots of games for children.

We enjoyed our stay at the pink pelican so much! The house had everything we needed and the location was great! It was a short walk to the beach and right across from the pool. The coffee/ice cream shop on the property was a nice treat as well.

Loved the house. Loved the location close to the beach and pool. Had issues with the air and upstairs bathroom but was handled promptly by the management company. House wasn’t very clean.

Multi family getaway

We had 13 of us staying there half adults, half kids, plenty of things to occupy our time, and an abundance of beds. With ocean views and the close proximity to the outdoor pool and hot tub it was great. Would definitely stay again!

Family fall break getaway

We have stayed at this resort for several years and we look forward to coming back every year. This house met all our needs and provided plenty of space to spread out and things to enjoy when there was a rainy day. We will look to book this place again in the future.

Wonderful!

The spacious and well-kept space made for a wonderful family getaway. Landon was quick to respond to messages before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. After one night, our whole family was talking about our next stay here!

Great family house

We had a group ages 4 months up to 80 years old. Property was neat, clean, and close to the beach and pools. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beach gear in the garage was nice to have. Kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table in the evenings.

Great time cut short!

Our trip was cut short by hurricane Sally. But the time we did get to spend there was great. The house was amazing.

Amazing

This house is amazing!!! We have taken a beach trip the week after Christmas for 20 years and this was the best place. Easy access to the beach, heated indoor pool, well stocked house with plenty of room ( we had 15 people in our family). Owner was great on communicating during the trip. My entire family loves this house so much we have already booked for next year.

Pink Pelican

We had a wonderful time staying at the Pink Pelican! The house is roomy and provided us with enough room to spread out and have our own space. The ping pong and pool tables help keep everyone entertained when we were not at the beach or pool. The screened in porch was a hit with us and we enjoyed the view sitting there. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and we will definitely stay at this property again.

Gulf shore vacation

The home was in a perfect location and size for our entire family.Landon was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We truly enjoyed our stay. The cleaning service is not to my standards but with being on the beach I'm sure its extremely hard to keep the floors / carpets really clean. The towels and bedding, kitchen supplies were very clean and adequate for our needs. I would recommend this home to everyone!

Stephanie - thank you for your review. I would have been happy to have the cleaners take care of any issue had I been notified. We would have had plenty of opportunity to do so with allowing you to check-in 7 hours early. Hopefully we can earn that 5th star next time!

Perfect Getaway

This house was amazing. We had 3 couples and all our kiddos and this house was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with any dish or appliance you could possibly need. The two refrigerators and deep freeze allow plenty of storage for your food. The rooms are big and the views were exceptional. There was construction going on all around, the pools were closed and it rained the few days we were there, but even with all of that our kids never got bored with the pool table and ping pong table. The huge screened in porch allowed us to enjoy the ocean scenery and listed to the thunder. We will definitely stay again!

Thank you Katrina for the awesome write up and 5 stars! To say the area was hit hard by Sally would be an understatement and fortunately our house was one of the few that only sustained minor damage. Everyone is hard at work trying to restore Plantation back to its original beauty! Hopefully this will all be done soon and maybe we can all catch a break next year and hurricane season can just pass us on by! Thank you so much for your understanding and support! We appreciate you and hope to have y’all back!!!

Spring break

We had three families and the house perfectly fit our needs. Within walking distance to two outdoor pools, hot tub, and the boardwalk. The indoor pool was a great plus with slightly chillier weather. The complex had much more than we didn’t even get to explore. The ice maker was a huge plus in the house as well as the games in the garage. The only negatives were the size of the fridges for all the groceries, not having dish soap, and the quality of towels. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A Glimpse of Paradise

A multi-family spring break trip and we are definitely considering a return visit! The house had plenty of room and the resort had many amenities for the 12 of us (8 kids under 11 years). The house was clean and in working order. The ice machine was a great touch and there are plenty of beach supplies! The host communicated well both in email/text and with the welcome binder at the house. Just a few steps from the beach, pool, hot tub, tennis courts and restaurant. A perfect location, just 20 min from Gulf Shores providing a perfect mix of private relaxation and afternoon activities/sight seeing.

Great Big House

Excellent location and configuration of bedrooms and beds for large groups. Upon arrival, discovered no heat. Owner immediately took action and had service tech on site within 45 minutes to repair faulty switch. Pool table in basement level was ideal for the unprecedented snowy/rainy days. Decks and porch were ideal for the sunny days!!! Excellent communication with owner.

Fall family vacation

The house was perfect for our family. There were 7 adults and 4 toddlers/babies. Everyone had their own bedroom with bath. Just steps from the pool and beach wads luxury loved that all light switches and cabinets were labeled. So many nice beach toys and plenty of decks to have a quiet memkng The only suggestion is to ensure all lights have workable bulbs. It woukd be nice to have additional lighting in the den, maybe a floor lamp We will be booking this house again for October 2025

Family 2022

The house was wonderful. Having our own house but with all the amenities of a condo complex was the best of both worlds. The house was fully stocked with games, kitchen supplies & beach toys/chairs. The house location in the complex was perfect with the pool & beach walkway literally steps away. Although the house wasn't very clean, at least not to my standards, it was beautifully decorated, which allowed our family plenty of space. Gulf Shores is about 20- 30 minute drive, it was nice to have the peaceful beach. Thanks for sharing your home!

Vacation at Gulf Shores

We loved the location of the property & the area. The house wasn’t all that clean. There was sand still on floors & drawers to put clothes in was dirty with sand too. There weren’t many staples at all like even 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper when we got there. I understand having to buy that but didn’t know so it was somewhat inconvenient. Swept frequently but there were 2 wooden posts - one on upper deck that if leaned on came out of it’s hole & one on screened front porch the same. Having a 2 year old grandchild scared me with that. Just overall was okay as far as cleanliness & being up to date.

Thank you for your review Dianne. I’m sorry that you did not have an adequate amount of toilet paper when you arrived. There should have been a roll in each restroom as stated in our pre-checkin info. I’ll be sure to address with our cleaners. As far as any loose railing on our decks, this is the first that I’m hearing about that. Obviously we take any safety concern very seriously and would have addressed right away if we would have known. Unfortunately through all the communication that I sent you, I never received any sort of response back. We’ll be sure to address all issues. It’s good to finally hear from you. Great Community

We arrived and the check-in process was a breeze at the guard station and the house. The house has a very open feeling. Which is great when vacationing with family and you need a little time to recharge and relax. The house could use a good cleaning though, My husband played golf on an Oculus in the living room, and after 30 mins the bottom of his feet was black. The baseboards seem to have a layer of dust and so did the toilet paper holder in the upstairs bath. The concept of having an extra fridge in the basement was nice, but it smelled terribly of fish so we didn't use it. We did love having one of the pools directly across from the house. It never seems crowded, which was a plus. My husband and I also enjoyed walking over to the Sassy Bass for a couple of drinks. Overall we enjoyed this property very much and would recommend it.

Thanks for your review Shawna! I’ve already notified our cleaning crew about the dusty toilet paper holder in the upstairs bath. I’ve been assured that will not happen again.
