The condo is lovely, comfortable and clean. Sara was readily available to answer questions and resolve minor issues such as how to find Big Brother on the TV. The balcony doors are very difficult to open, and we thought we were locked out. Sara responded immediately and we eventually pulled the door hard enough to open - we weren't lock out at all. The beach access and beach setup was very easy and perfectly met our needs. Our only complaint was the ocean front view. We were hoping for a more direct view. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation!

Thank you so much for the 5 star review. Yes, the balcony doors are hard to open and is why I specifically mention that in my welcome email. The doors are rated to withstand hurricanes (this is a good thing) and are heavy to open if slammed shut too hard. We love our view from the bedroom balcony which is direct gulf front but understand that you have a side view of the Gulf from the second balcony, but also you can see the lake and inlet from that balcony. Both balconies do have a water front view. You were lovely to host and hope you do come back again! Thanks again.

Sara's condo was great. Loved the location and the views. Very easy access to the beach. Everything in the condo was as described. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the extras provided like laundry detergent, ziplock bags, spices, etc. We hope to stay here again!

Sara was an excellent host and responded to inquiries immediately. The condo was fabulous, clean, and as advertised. Being in a gated community is definitely a plus. The weather was great; the beach was beautiful and not very crowded. I recommend the property and give it five stars across the board! We definitely will return!

The condo was great! Very clean and stocked with all the necessary kitchen tools, beach chairs and toiletries if needed. The only thing that bummed us out was after we paid to rent chairs, we realized that tents and canopy’s were allowed on the beach. Therefore, our chairs were behind those tents a couple of the days. That has no reflection on this specific unit! Sara and her condo were great!

Sara was absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve never had such an incredible experience with a host! Her communication was truly top-notch and made everything so easy. The room was perfect for exactly what we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better! 1000/10 recommend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Great stay!

Such a wonderful stay! Everything was as described in listing. Loved having a balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets and another to watch the waves! Also enjoyed paddle boarding on the Lake when the Gulf was too rough!

Such a cute place!

Absolutely loved our stay. The place had everything we needed and the blackout curtains were perfect for my 2 year old to take a nap. Would love to stay again one day!

Great Stay

This was our first time to Carillon and we loved the area! Really neat having the lake behind the condos and the inlet has a ton of wildlife. Sara could not be a better host! We will be back!

Late July beach trip

This property is well maintained and has unique access to the beach. 30A restaurants and shops are nearby. Also PCB locations are close as well. This place is perfect for a beach get away for a family!

Ideal Property

The location was perfect! Easy beach and pool access. The condo was super clean and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. The view from each balcony was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! It was easy access to the beach and pool. Beach chair service was very convenient and so was the snack bar at the pool. The condo was very clean and accommodated our family perfectly. The beds were very comfortable too. We will be back!

Perfect for a beach getaway!

This condo was absolutely stunning! Sara, the owner, was so helpful and provided us with everything we needed. The blackout curtains were a major plus for our 10 month old niece. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

My name is Sara and my husband is Brad. We met in 1998 and married in 2001 (in Las Vegas!). We have lived many places such as Richmond VA, Austin TX, Colorado Springs CO and currently reside in Olive Branch MS. Brad and I have always loved being near the water. We purchased this condo in August 2019 after spending YEARS searching for the PERFECT spot for us. This is a dream come true and we absolutely LOVE this area of the Florida panhandle. There is nowhere in the US where you will find the sugar white beaches and emerald/turquoise waters like you do here.

We always knew we wanted to be as close to the 30A area as we could get. Pinnacle Port offered us the best of so many worlds! We are just minutes from Rosemary Beach at the east end of 30A. The gated community in which Pinnacle Port is offers so many amenities that you just don't find anywhere else. The surroundings are just gorgeous. The upscale homes, the landscaping, the huge PRIVATE beach, the pools and opportunities for activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, (the list goes on) makes Pinnacle Port the ideal vacation destination. We are so excited to be able to share our new home with family and friends (and new friends).

I will tell you....We are new owners in 2020! I do not know everything (yet) about having a beach home rental. But what I do know is that I am DEDICATED to providing you with as much information as I have and offer you as comfortable and valuable vacation as I possibly can. I am proud of our home and I want it to be a place where I want to stay all the time. That means comfortable beds, quality furnishings and home goods, quality linens, and a clean comfortable living space. And to top it all off... this is one of the penthouse units and the views (and privacy inside the condo) are unparalleled.
