WOW! Incredible views from this renovated PENTHOUSE LEVEL condo which is GULF FRONT, DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH and NEAR 30A! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit is located at Pinnacle Port which is situated on a 25+ acre PRIVATE beach resort located within the beautiful gated community of Carillon Beach and has over 1/4 mile of PRIVATE beach frontage. The beach is just steps outside of the condo building - there are no streets to cross! Less than three miles to the west are the 30A seaside communities of Inlet Beach and Rosemary. And Panama City Beach and Pier Park are just 6 minutes to the east.

This gulf front condo offers the most stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell from its TWO balconies! The unit is laid out in a two-story townhouse floor plan that makes it feel quite roomy and comfortable. The two spacious bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and full size (newly renovated) en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony off the primary bedroom with amazing views of the gulf and comfortable Adirondack chairs for lounging. The secondary or guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. It, too, has great views of Lake Powell as well as the gulf over to Rosemary Beach. There is a full size and newly renovated bathroom just steps away down the hall. Each bedroom is furnished with very comfortable new mattresses, linens and pillows as well as flat screen smart TVs with DirectTV and streaming access. Downstairs there is a well-appointed kitchen (with updated appliances and housewares) to enjoy cooking on those days/evenings that you just want to stay in. There is a full-size refrigerator, smooth top stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig machine and regular coffee maker. You will certainly find everything you need to cook/grill! The open concept kitchen/living room is ideal for everyone to gather to eat, relax and enjoy the company and gulf and Lake Powell views from the balcony. The living room has a 43ā€ flat screen Smart TV. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a half bath downstairs. You can access free DirectTV and Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

Amenities: Pinnacle Portā€™s amenities make it much more than just a condo! Four state of the art (lighted) tennis / pickleball courts, tropical landscaping, shuffleboard, basketball, picnic pavilions, grills, two pools (one indoor/outdoor and heated and enclosed in the winter), his and hers saunas, gulf front pool deck, and boat docks and ramp on Lake Powell. Guests can bring your boat! Please notify us if you plan to do so. There is a poolside cafĆ© for burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. and a small coffee/pastries shop onsite. Beach chairs and umbrellas, paddle boards and kayaks are available to rent on the beach (March-October). Within walking distance, and inside the gated community, is Carillon Market with two restaurants, a small souvenir-type shop, a wine and coffee shop, fitness gym, spa, yoga, paddle board, bike rentals and more!

Perfect accommodations

We had such a great stay at Saraā€™s condo. It was right on the water, easy access to beach, pool and the gated Carillon community coffee shop gift shop and eateries. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, nice furniture and linens. My favorite part was how Sara and guests kept the kitchen equipped with spices, cooking spray, foil, etc. We felt right at home. Sara is an excellent communicator and was only a quick text away if I had any questions. Weā€™d love to come back again!

Best beach trip ever!

This property has everything you need for a peaceful beach vacation! The owner is kind enough to provide a pair of beach chairs and an umbrella, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook/eat a meal. Everything was just as it looked in the photos, and the unit was incredibly clean. The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly, and they also provided easy-to-follow information about the condo complex and check-in process. My family loved the property and found the beach to be the quietest and most relaxing one we have ever visited. We enjoyed evening walks down to the lake inlet and searching for shells. Donā€™t miss out on this quiet retreat! Iā€™ll definitely book here again when we come back to the area!

My name is Sara and my husband is Brad. We met in 1998 and married in 2001 (in Las Vegas!). We have lived many places such as Richmond VA, Austin TX, Colorado Springs CO and currently reside in Olive Branch MS. Brad and I have always loved being near the water. We purchased this condo in August 2019 after spending YEARS searching for the PERFECT spot for us. This is a dream come true and we absolutely LOVE this area of the Florida panhandle. There is nowhere in the US where you will find the sugar white beaches and emerald/turquoise waters like you do here.

We always knew we wanted to be as close to the 30A area as we could get. Pinnacle Port offered us the best of so many worlds! We are just minutes from Rosemary Beach at the east end of 30A. The gated community in which Pinnacle Port is offers so many amenities that you just don't find anywhere else. The surroundings are just gorgeous. The upscale homes, the landscaping, the huge PRIVATE beach, the pools and opportunities for activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, (the list goes on) makes Pinnacle Port the ideal vacation destination. We are so excited to be able to share our new home with family and friends (and new friends).

I will tell you....We are new owners in 2020! I do not know everything (yet) about having a beach home rental. But what I do know is that I am DEDICATED to providing you with as much information as I have and offer you as comfortable and valuable vacation as I possibly can. I am proud of our home and I want it to be a place where I want to stay all the time. That means comfortable beds, quality furnishings and home goods, quality linens, and a clean comfortable living space. And to top it all off... this is one of the penthouse units and the views (and privacy inside the condo) are unparalleled.
