Our house was totally renovated in 2014 and features the latest in bath and kitchen amenities. You won't find a better equipped rental on the Monterey Peninsula. Downstairs king suite plus an upstairs master suite make an ideal retreat for your entire family. Stroll to town and Clint Eastwood's Mission Ranch.

Amazing house, great owner to deal with!

We brought our adult kids and their (new) significant others to Carmel for the week and couldn't have been happier with this house. The house has a brand-new remodel with all new everything. The kitchen in particular is a chef's dream and my wife loved using the newest appliances. Bedrooms were all furnishes with great quality furniture and everyone was very comfortable. Now, for the location: The beach, which is about a 30-second walk, has to be one of the nicest sunsets that we've experienced. Great beach to hang out for the day and there's even a ton of driftwood that can be used to build that awesome beach-fort for the kids. If you want to feel like a local and stay in a very nice neighborhood, and feel pampered, this is the place for you. We are hoping to come back each year to this house. Also, Mission Ranch (owned by Clint Eastwood) is right around the corner for a great dinner with a view that can't be beat. I really could go on and on about this home, it's just that nice.

HI, Our stay in this Carmel home was terrific, comfortable, a great location in a quiet neighborhood and a good set up for our family of grandparents, parents and an infant. We would definately return!

Jazz Festival

For three couples this home was perfect. The location offered easy walking to Carmel. The ocean is a block away. We had a wonderful visit.

Great Experience in Carmel by the Sea

Beautiful home in a great location. The beach and downtown were within walking distance. Nicole was very responsive and we had a wonderful trip at the US Open. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect weekend in one of the most beautiful places in the country. The house was clean, modern, quaint and comfortable. One block from the beach and a short 3 min drive to downtown. Canā€™t miss with this house.

Would definitely rent again

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach. Lots of couch seating for the 5 of us, nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Huge master bedroom is upstairs, along with a small bedroom with twin beds. Queen bedroom downstairs. Good walk to downtown Carmel, about 1-1/2 miles. Take flashlights for walking back at night.

Carmel Point is a beautiful new home, very comfortably appointedā€”and literally around the corner from the stunning Carmel River State Beach. My family enjoyed this house for a long weekend and would gladly return.

Perfect place for our family! It's a beautiful home with all the right accommodations.

We loved being so close to the beach. The 3 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom!!) were just the right size. I especially liked the two french doors in the living room; my afternoon nap was accompanied by the soothing sound of the waves. This place is magnificent! I highly recommend this cozy home for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway. Kudos to the owners who have created this peaceful space!!!

Beautiful new home in a great location walking distance to beach

This is a beautiful home which is updated and clean. Itā€™s in a great location, close to the beach ( you can hear the waves) in a beautiful quaint and quiet neighborhood of Carmel yet close to its adorable downtown. Centrally located to Big Sur, 17 mile drive and Monterey Aquarium. House is great for for kids and family- each bedroom has its own bathroom, big kitchen and great hang out space with beautiful outside eating space. Nicole, the owner is super responsive with any questions. Itā€™s a jewel of a home.

Beautiful well equipped home delightfully located

Everything they say about it is true. Wonderful. It seems to be for sale so likely not available much longer. Kitchen is great - we cooked dinner for my large family with no problem. Only problems we did have were slow running bathroom drains and a full garbage can left by prior visitors that the racoons had a field day with. I would constructively suggest the visitors be asked to put out the garbage can Friday (garbage day) or the owner pay the small upcharge to have "back yard" service. LR TV is FABULOUS!

Beautiful spotless home that was absolutely perfect for our family.

Our family traveled to Carmel for a wedding and had to choose between a hotel or this house... we are beyond grateful that we found this spotlessly beautiful and comfortable home. It made our stay so much easier. The gorgeous beach is about a block away. Owners were responsive and kind. There were toys and games for our kids and extras like farmers market honey and natural laundry detergent in the cupboards, plenty of paper towel and ziploc bags the kid used to collect shells at the beach, etc. so our stay felt more like home. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely home

This house was a great home for us to gather for our nieces wedding at Mission Ranch. We never had to get in the car, we walked to town, the beach and the wedding. I highly recommend this clean and comfortable rental.
