Our welcoming, four-season condo is perfect for a romantic escape for couples, a shopping expedition with friends to the North Conway outlets and specialty shops, or a memorable family vacation. This is a ground floor corner unit that sleeps 4 to 6 people.

It is centrally located between the quaint villages of North Conway and Jackson, with easy access to all the area’s attractions: Storyland, Cranmore, Attitash Ski and Water Slide, Wildcat, Black Mt., Echo Lake, local rivers, and the scenic Kancamaugus Highway. Sited within 125 wooded acres, the condo is beautifully landscaped. Hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, fly fishing, kayaking, and canoeing adventures are all just minutes away.

You may pay using a check or credit card (Am Ex, MasterCard, VISA, Discover) or a PayPal account.

SETTING: This location provides one of the most outstanding scenic vistas in the Mt. Washington Valley – you will enjoy the splendid views of the Ledges and the Moat Mountain Range from the comfort of the spacious living room, from the master bedroom, and from your large private deck.

Located on the slope of Mt. Surprise, our condo's location combines quiet living with quick access to restaurants, Storyland, ski areas, water sports, and shopping outlets.

Comfortable, attractive furnishings will make your stay restful. The well equipped kitchen has spices, condiments, sugar, a sugar substitute, napkins, coffee filters, paper towels as well as all the appliances and utensils you'll need.
Liquid soap and fresh linens are in each bathroom. Your beds will be made up for your arrival.

Pictures do not do the property or the view justice! Condo is super comfortable and very well equipped. But that view is breathtaking!! We enjoyed sitting outside on patio taking it all in. Highly recommend!!

Great Experience!

We stayed for four days and couldn't have had a better experience. The property is is in an ideal location and has everything you need to feel at home. The hosts are wonderful and made our experience very easy and welcoming. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the Mt. Washington Valley.

Fabulous condo for our ski week!

Excellent Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We skied at Cranmore and the condo was in excellent proximity to the mountain. Super convenient to be close to the mountain and close to town. The condo had everything we needed and was bigger than we we expecting. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch, to our surprise. Hope to be back!

Clean, cozy condo with a beautiful view

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and organized and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in one of our favorite areas. The listing description was accurate, and any questions I had were promptly answered by Joanne and Dick. Since we love to both cross country ski and downhill ski, the location was perfect. We would love to return one day, hopefully in the fall as I'm sure that view is even more magnificent then.

Ideal Intervale Condo

We are two couples who like to X-Country ski and there are several great ski locations nearby. We prefer the quiet of this residential location and have enjoyed staying there several times and will be back this winter. Condo is sunny, well appointed, comfy with lots of room, and with nice views. We prefer to eat in after a day on the trails and the kitchen is well supplied with kitchen equipment to prepare meals. Owners are very helpful and responsive.

Annual March Skifest

Great two weeks. The unit was comfortable, clean and very well stocked. The views were postcard perfect with fun snowshoeing near the property. Joanne was responsive and accommodating. The only not glowing thing I would say is that it could use an updating. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant get away and hope to return.

Excellent views, everything you need!

We stayed at Joanne’s condo for four nights on a family ski trip and it was just what we were looking for. There was loads of space, the beds were comfy and a well stocked kitchen had everything you would need. It was great value compared to other options for the weekend we stayed and it was great location for skiing and going into town. The only unfortunate thing was a recent condo board decision meant we could not use the wood stove during our stay. We had been looking forward to the heat of the fire but I understand it is out of Joanne’s control.

heart of the white mountains

Hi The condo was terrific. Clean spacious great view and close to everything. Would stay again any time and recommend it to anyone. We really loved the wood stove but would suggest leaving a place to get some bundles as the wood on the deck was frozen to it and I didn't want break anything trying to free it. I had major spine surgery last week so no ski trip this year but please send reminders for next year

Very pleasant stay

We've stayed in this condo on several previous trips and we are always eager to return. The condo is beautifully situated with a patio view of the mountains for watching sunrises and sunsets. There is an excellent supply of books in case you don't want to watch tv on the new 50+ inch smart tv. Plenty of reading light is available. We were able to log into our various streaming services while we were there and keep up with our shows and sports. It's a short distance from the condo to the local grocery store, which has everything you need for a nice long stay. The owners, Joanne and Richard, are excellent communicators. We're looking forward to a future stay.

November trip

My mom her westie and myself had an excellent stay here...Enjoyed the beauty of the mountains while sitting having breakfast and taking Kayle for walks...Was able to use my computer to check e-mails which was very important for me being self employed...Condo had everything we needed throught out, even a washer and dryer if needed.. .Next time I will not have to pack so much...Close to good restaurants, outlets and so many other attractions...Thank-you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable....Can't wait for my next trip back....Suzanne from New Jersey

Awesome condo and great views!

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at Joanne and Dick's condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. The view of the mountain was great and it was so nice to sit on the couch and look at view. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The games, movies, and books were also a nice touch and kept my daughter occupied. The only minor issue we had was getting onto the wifi. The first two days we were there it was not a problem and we could log right on. However, the last two days it said unable to join network so I'm not sure if there was an issue with the connection. This wasn't really a big deal though because I just used my data plan. I would recommend this condo to friends/family and hope we can return again soon. Thank you for sharing your NH home with us!

Second stay here just as good as the first

This is our second stay at this lovely condo and we hope to come back again next year. It has everything we needed for a nine night stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee grinder, and any cooking equipment you need is right there. A market nearby supplied all our needs. We would stop by there on the way back from the day's activities and pick up whatever we needed for dinner. The condo is well lit, with reading lamps on both sides of the beds and lots of lighting in the living/kitchen area. Lots of books are available for that rainy day when you just want to stay in by the fire. The woodstove looks very sturdy and there is ample wood available, but being cityfolk we decided to just admire its appearance rather than risk smoking up the condo. (The individual room heat works just fine.) The view from the deck is just as pictured. The washer/dryer on hand is very handy. The owners are responsive to questions and a delight to deal with. Oh... the wifi worked quite well.

Amazing location and comfortable condo

We had a great time at Joanne and Richard's condo. Highlights included the view (sunsets, fog hovering in mountain valleys), heated pool (especially popular with my 3-yr old), and well-equipped kitchen. There are tons of games and books to keep you busy on a rainy day. We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again next year!

Great family vacation spot

We had a wonderful vacation while staying on this property. The views from the condo were amazing. It’s a great location close to everything in North Conway. It was very well stocked with everything you could think of - even umbrellas. Would stay here again.

Christmas week with family

We had a lovely week in this condo in NH with our small children. Despite a lot of rain on Christmas which left little snow, we enjoyed skiing and lots of family time in the condo enjoying the AMAZING views. The views of the white mountains are breathtaking. We enjoyed morning coffee looking at the mountains as well as relaxing sunsets. Our children played endless hours of Monopoly as there are some board games in the kids room as well as looking through some of the books on the large bookshelf in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the tools that we needed to cook all of our meals. The owners were responsive to all of our questions prior to arrival. First floor made it easy with ski equipment with the kids. We look forward to our return to this condo this season! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Lovely home with amazing view

The Arnaud’s home is a beautiful space with a gorgeous view of Cathedral Ledge off the deck. The home is well equipped for the stay with plenty of towels and all the things you will need to cook meals and stay in a few nights. The pillows were a bit flat and only 2 per bed, so you may want to bring your own. The house was well kept upon our arrival. The pool was great and the heater was fortunately broken so the water was quite refreshing. The deck on the back has peeling paint so don’t venture out barefoot. The home had some board games for the kids to keep them busy which was great! The couches were comfy and the kids fell asleep on them almost every night! It was a very quiet, relaxing place to stay and we very much enjoyed it. The home stayed cool despite the hot temperatures outside and the fans helped keep it that way. The Arnaud’s provided all needed instructions and even a fantastic list of restaurants to visit. The keypad entry made the visit simple too! We will definitely stay here in the future!
