Situated minutes from the heart of Washinton Valley, quiant, comfortable 3 bed two level condo with all the amenities of home. Minutes from all the valley has to offer. Storyland, skiing, hiking, shopping, dining, and so much more. Go into the valley and enjoy the day, then come home to peace and quiet of this 3 bedroom condo situated on 50 acres of conservation land to enjoy peace and quiet. Enjoy all the amenities of home, from a full kitchen to washer/dryer and much more. All you need to do is pack your bags! Take advantage and ask about specials as we try to make your vacation as financially comfortable as possible, so that you can relax and enjoy the many attractions the valley has to offer. The condo offers,full kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room on the first level. Second level has three bedrooms and full size bath. The first bedroom has a balcony and a queen size bed, the second bedroom a full size bed, and the third a set of twin beds. If additional room is needed there is a self inflating queen blow up mattress which can be used in the living room near the electric child friendly fireplace.

Great Location

White Xmas!

We had a wonderful holiday. Donna was so helpful and responsive. We didnt need a thing during our stay. My dad found a cozy recliner by the fire with a beautiful view of the mountains and the tv! We will be back again for sure!!!

Peaceful,Spacious and central

What a gem. We are a small family and with a 2 yr old a small hotel room does not work. Donna was responsive and replied quickly. the place is central . 3 miles to every thing in either direction. storyland conway barlett attitash etc. The place is huge with three bedrooms and a nice kitchen and living space. There is a washer and dryer and the place is well stocked. TWO bathrooms. carpeted for kids to stumble around.

Great time of year

You probably have a high water bill at this apartment because the toilet is leaking upstairs into the bowl so you're losing a lot of water there The screen door the top right hinges are loose and you got to be careful with the screen door and there's no banisters to hold on to for older people going up and down the stairs although the walls are close enough together

Cozy & charming, perfect for a family getaway

Our family had a great time staying here. The place has character and charming decor while still being modern and comfortable. We loved the collection of board games! Short distances to Storyland and kid-friendly hiking. Hope to be back next year.

Good spot for a family ski stay

Very clean. Master bed super soft and comfy. Interior was dated but who cares…a place to crash after sking…yes! Location was great, between North Conway downtown and Attitash/Wildcat. Kids loved to hear the train going by. Lots of individual heating options in each BR and downstairs meant it was comfy, not too dry and hot with winter heating. Would come back again in the future. One recommendation is to update the living room TV to a smart TV so people can use their apps and accounts. Other than that, good time and good price in contrast to a nearby hotel! Thanks much!!!

Wonderful place to relax

Had a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable vacation. The location is perfect and the views are breathtaking. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. Very tastefully decorated and well maintained property. There was nothing that we needed during our stay that The owner had not thought of for us and provided. great location, tons of room

The condo is very close to downtown Conway yet far enough from all the traffic. Many attractions are also within a few miles. We travel a lot and rely on others feedback so I try to comment on things important to us. One of the most important factors is always cleanliness. This place was very clean. The mattress in the master was comfy for me, soft! The beds in the other rooms seemed also to be nice. The living room furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen had pretty much everything needed to cook. There is small patio out back which was nice to sit and enjoy the peace & quiet. Mind you we went before the busy season! There's plenty of places for the kids to play out back. There are no other condo's behind you just a nice view of fields. We don't like being in the middle of lots of traffic ( which is horrible in town) so it was a perfect location for us. Five min.from downtown Conway if you choose to go which is convenient. But if you don't there are plenty of places to eat, grab some groceries and a Dunkies a few minutes to the left of leaving the condo on 302. You are not far from the many attractions that the White mountains has to offer. We recommend this place for just about anyone with or without kids. The only drawback is the stairs to the bedrooms if you have mobility issues. We would definitely rent again if the occasion arises. Have fun, we are natives so we can say New England is one of the most beautiful, fun places to vacation.

Winter wonderland

This was our 3rd stay at this property. XC skiing literally out the back door. Free trail passes and xc ski rentals are available at Ragged Mountain shop (2 miles to the north). Trails are mostly groomed with good signage. Ice climbing at the north end of Cathedral Ledge is 10 minutes away. The road at Cathedral has great sledding. Walking distance to North Conway. Great value and location.

Like Heaven on Earth

We have thoroughly enjoyed our many stays and vacations, during every season, over the past four years. Donna's townhouse is very clean, safe, peaceful, and comfortable, and it is situated in a perfect location with a gorgeous view of The Moat Mountains and the ledges. As an added bonus unlike anywhere else in the White Mountains, it borders acres and acres of working hayfields and conservation land that's packed with beautiful wild flowers, diverse wildlife, panoramic views of the mountains, rejuvenating mountain fresh air perfect for long walks, lovely streams and vernal pools, and groomed xc ski trails in winter maintained by MWV Ski Touring Center. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who would rather dine on home-cooked meals (we're vegetarians) in a very homey setting. The patio and 2nd floor balcony are great places to enjoy those meals and relax on warmer days. The condo is within a 5-minute walk to a general store and deli, to Subway, ice cream and souvenir shops, and the Intervale Visitors' Center. It's a short drive to North Conway Village, Memorial Hospital, Jackson, Glen, and so many major attractions. Above all, Donna is extremely accommodating to her guests. We will always savor our stays here for many more years to come.

Condo is in the perfect area for Storyland just North of North Conway and the traffic. Our group of 2 sets of grandparents, a 3 year old and her parents were able to comfortably stay for 2 nights.

For years, I visited the Valley with my family to ski. It was tough with the hotel fees, feeding the family and just trying to be comfortable without having restraints to do all the activities I loved to do. I decided to buy this unit and offer it at family friendly rates so that the cost of a vacation wouldn't be a financial strain and take from the enjoyment of the vacation. Being a social worker, it gives me pleasure to offer my home to families so that they can truly afford and enjoy a great vacation. I strive to keep the condo clean, cozy and comfy. This way it feels just like home........a comfy home!

I chose this property because of the location. It is situated on the North Conway line, and offers a great back road for traveling throughout the Valley. It is close to all amenities yet situated on 50 acres of conservation land near the scenic overlook to allow you the peace and quiet needed after a long day. I love to walk out the back door and able to walk down the trail and inhale the peace and quiet.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I fell in love with this home due to the location. I am located right next door to the scenic overlook, therefore those views are my views. The condo has a certain old fashioned New Hampshire feeling which I keep for the true feeling of New Hampshire. Overall, I love the area, the condo, and the true feeling of New Hampshire and relaxation you get right when you walk in the door!
