Private West Traverse Bay waterfront home located on a dead-end road over one mile from the traffic noise on M-22. Gorgeous sunrise view across bay to the Old Mission lighthouse. A short drive or bike ride to small town shopping and dining in quaint Suttons Bay. Twenty minutes to both Leland and downtown Traverse City. Located in the heart of Leelanau wine country.

Almost everything in the house is new within the last five years including complete remodels of both bathrooms, the kitchen, bedrooms, and the walkout basement rec room. The beach and deck receive morning and early afternoon sun with shade later in the afternoon. The dock is sunny from dawn to dark.

Beautiful private beach, dock, and elevated deck for sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Beach has a large fire pit and rustic seating. The beach has a small sand area for children, but the water is rocky and water shoes are recommended.

Main floor bedroom with king bed and three bedrooms on the second floor. Walk-out basement rec room with lots of seating for watching movies, playing games, and puzzles for rainy days. Full kitchen with dishwasher. First floor full size washer and dryer.

Beautiful, elevated deck with lots of seating and a table for outside dining overlooking the beach and lake. Brand new dock with swim ladder. Kayaks available for use (2 single and 1 tandem) or bring your town water toys. There is a state boat launch approximately six miles to the south and another city launch in downtown Suttons Bay three miles north.
