It has two bedrooms and two baths on the main level, including the master suite, plus two beds and two bathrooms upstairs with an entertainment loft area. The modern floor plan is open and perfect for entertaining. With new appliances and access to charcoal and or Traeger grill, your football party will start off delicious and if you’re not much of a cook, we also have a certified executive chef on call.
Want to enjoy the fresh country air? The house is settled on a large lot with a fire pit (wood included) under a pecan tree draped in outdoor edison lighting. Have kids? There is plenty of room to play, including a double slide playset and sandbox. The home also comes with a golf cart to drive and relax next to the new pool.
