If you aren't in the mood to go out, you can stay in and enjoy the twinkle lights surrounding the fire pit in the backyard. This home has so much to offer!

- There is one last bedroom and full bathroom downstairs that has a little more privacy.
- Upstairs, you have 4 twin-size beds tucked into the cozy nooks.
- The last two bedrooms upstairs both have king-size beds and Roku TVs.
- There is also a full bathroom on the second level to accommodate the guests.
- Outside, there is a huge patio area you can hang out on

Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation. Guests will be able to access the gravel parking pad that is shared amongst the other properties on the lot. Guests that have booked this rental will be able to access the main house, and backyard that has a patio area, deck, and fire pit. Guests will not have access to the basement. Please make note that our cleaners will access the basement from the back basement door to clean sheets and drop off cleaning supplies.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.
Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
