Waterfront Townhouse in Kawama

Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath town home was just remodeled to open up the kitchen, dining and living room area giving you extra space to move around, cook and entertain. The fully stocked kitchen features butcher block counter tops a double sided refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, cook top stove, microwave and dishwasher. Our unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, coffee/tea maker, 2 in 1 oven/ toaster, blender, cookware, small appliances, dishes, glasses and utensils! You will find coffee, tea and spices in the cabinets - use what you like, replace what you can and leave what you don't use.
The living room has big comfy couches that convert to beds, large flat screen HDTV, with free Wi-Fi that offer a variety of channels with free movies. The washer/dryer combo is conveniently hidden in the closet under the stairs stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. On the other side of that closet you can find sheets, comforters, basket with beach towels, games, child toys and tennis equipment.
The bedroom overlooking the salt water lagoon has a queen bed, flat screen T.V, night stand and dresser stocked with fresh towels and sheets and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the marsh area has a bunk bed with storage drawers, which features a twin bed over a full bed and twin trundle, a dresser, flat screen T.V and plenty of closet space stocked with extra sheets, blankets and towels. Our bathrooms offer a shower stocked with toiletries for you to use.
Watch the sunset while you enjoy a tropical cookout on the front porch with our gas grill or take our golf cart for a ride around the resort to watch the sunset from the jetty. There are 2 kayaks, floats and outdoor games on the property. You are welcome to use anything you find.

Come enjoy yourself in our townhouse at Kawama Yacht Club and Marina located on Mile Marker 99 Oceanside. Our family friendly resort has a large pirate ship playground, 2 heated pools and well-maintained tennis courts. Kawama, has the only salt water lagoon in the Keys! Come layout on the lounge chairs provided at the 2 beach areas or jump on a float, swim or kayak to one of the 3 floating docks. Enjoy fishing, views of the Atlantic Ocean or breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the jetty. Free parking for your vehicle located in front of the townhouse.
Bring your boat! At the Molasses Reef Marina, within the community is a free boat ramp that provides quick access to the Atlantic Ocean!! Renting a boat slip is an option, if interested information can be provided upon request. Otherwise, boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property are part of John Pennekamp’s dive waters with beautiful coral reefs and fabulous diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key with its famous sand bar is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. Jacobs Aquatic Center with olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park are a few blocks away.
