Cozy Keys Conch Cottage with sandy beach located in Key Largo on an acre of tropical waterfront with amazing sunsets. The children will enjoy playing on the beach with toys provided. Or fish from the 100ft dock with fishing equipment provided. Lounge in the hammock under the palm trees and enjoy the colorful sunsets.
Watch for manatee feeding under the dock or see pelicans waiting for fish to eat.
Swim or snorkel in the clear blue water.
The beachfront is shared with two other homes.
The outdoor covered patio is great for keys dining.
Also for your use: kayaks, fishing tackle, and water toys.

Loved our stay. Host was on site. Talked to Martha and her husband Al. They gave us ideas of things to do. Great people, great place to stay.
Kayaks and paddle boards free to use in back of property.
Can't see it too clearly but there were a couple manatees out by our dock area. One was super close. Beautiful creatures.

10 out of 10 would recommend! Martha and Al were amazing and super friendly. We loved the property and the house. We saw dolphins, manatees, and little bonnet shark from the dock. Pretty sure our kiddos grew gills because they were constantly in the water. We also loved that there were kayaks and paddles boards for us to use at the house.

Lovely little cottage

Really enjoyed our stay in this quaint little cottage. The shade on the dock was great, sweet little beach. We were visited by a family of manatees. Great area.

Beautiful property located near everything we wanted to do in Key Largo, while still being quiet and tucked away. We were able to enjoy dinner watching the sunset over the waterfront several evenings of our stay.

The house was wonderful. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen. We were also just up the path from a private dock. There are two other houses on the property that share the dock, but the other guests were warm and friendly.

stay was great. The Owners Son, mark. Was awesome, helpful. welcoming. And gave us Quarters for the wash. So i put a roll of quarters and a note in the laundry room for next tenants to pay it forward. Only complaints. Main bed had a lean on it. Dock was awesome with our own coral reef under . Got great pics.

Great Experience

The covered patio area was great, as were the kayaks and chairs on the dock. Everything needed for a beach vacation was included/provided. The host was incredibly accommodating when it came to answering tons of questions about anything and everything about the Keys and all things even vaguely related to vacationing in the area

Perfect week vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy conch cottage, it was much bigger than we thought and everything was lovely inside. The whole property on the resort is peaceful, beautiful views and Martha has really thought of everything to make the stay as perfect as it could be. We miss the dock already! The only thing not with the properties is a boat! Snorkels, fishing rods, canoes, inflatables, bbq, beach towels , simply everything was provided, thank you for an amazing stay .

Perfect cottage in Key Largo!

We were a group of 5 and had a lovely 4 days at the Bayfront cottage. It was the perfect place for us! My brother in law loves fishing & spent most of the time fishing off the dock. (Even caught 2 Nurse Sharks! Gave them a kiss and put back in the water). Great to have use of kayaks, paddle boards & floaty toys. The Bay is perfect place to try paddle boarding. You do share the dock with another cottage and a house. We loved hanging out on the dock with the family staying in the house from Ohio and the other cottage was empty. There were 2 destination weddings next door while we were there. Not a problem for us as the music was off by 10pm. Sunsets from the dock were amazing! Cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We rented jet skis at Gilbert’s Resort, kayaked thru the mangroves and snorkeled a reef. (Trips booked thru Viator).

Guys weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The sunsets are beautiful. Most of the weekend no one was in the other 2 buildings on the property. The last day we shared with a group that was in the building closest to the water. We were able to share the dock space effectively, but sharing is never as good as having it to yourself. The check in and out process was very easy. Martha has a good system in place with her property manager being easily reached with just a text. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Fun little cottage right on the water

The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed playing around the dock and we used the kayaks on 2 different days. Located within walking distance to several good restaurants. John Pennekamp state park just down the road.The cottage is tucked behind a Sherwin Williams paint shop, your GPS might get confused, look for the signs that Martha puts out so you can find the driveway back to the buildings.Only two negatives were the coin operated laundry/dryer and there is a wedding venue next door. We stayed during the week but still had a Monday and Tuesday night wedding that prevented us from enjoying the outdoor spaces (loud music), luckily the weddings ended at 10 pm so it didn't disrupt sleeping. Nights without weddings were peaceful and we could sit outside on the dock and enjoy the sunset and see some stars.Even with the weddings next door, we would stay again because the cottage, location, and rental price all suited our family's needs.

Family vacation

Spent a little under a week in Key Largo. Loved that the house was so close to the water- my son is addicted to fishing- and that the rental included use of kayaks. The time we spent here was at the end of our extended vacation and it was a great spot to be able to relax. Super big bonus..... the listing did not lie- manatee sightings from the dock daily! Only semi-minus is that I did not see on the listing that the laundry is coin operated. I was not prepared for that and had to come up with enough quarters to be able to wash and dry a few loads. Not a negative by any means- just would have preferred to know in advance so I could have been prepared with a roll of quarters.

Beautiful home on the water

This home is right off the main highway, but back where you don’t see the traffic. It’s a semi-secluded retreat with waterfront access. There is a resort right next door that hosts weddings, although the activity there didn’t bother us at all, and actually was entertaining from the dock. Plenty of room inside the house, we could have brought our kiddos to stay. The bay is busy, but it’s a very relaxing area for as centrally located as the home is. The dock is a lovely place to spend mornings or evenings. It’s large enough with enough seating and tables to accommodate several couples and includes a fish cleaning station in case you catch anything big enough to keep. Fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, some floating chairs, and life vests are included for the 3 houses on the property at no extra cost, as well as some yard games, a hammock, grills, patio furniture etc. so if you’re looking at saving some money on activities or just spending more of your time at the property, there are plenty of things to keep you entertained. The mattress could use a topper, but aside from that everything was fantastic! If we come back to the area, I would absolutely consider this property again before any other!

Great location in the Key Largo area. Clean and nice access to water. Weekend weddings next door can have music playing into the night that's Key Largo fun
