The space:
The main floor of this sunny, open-concept contemporary has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the enormous, newly renovated wraparound deck and the wooded landscape beyond. Enjoy meals on the main deck at an outdoor teak dining table, as well as lounge seating, both of which are shaded by overhangs. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with sliding-glass doors leading to the deck, a newly renovated kitchen with a large center island, and a reclaimed wood dining table that seats 10.

Ascend to the second floor to find the two main bedrooms, with a walkway between them overlooking the living room. Natural light comes from every angle, including numerous skylights above. The master bedroom features a beautiful Chesterfield king-sized bed and your own private deck with two Adirondack chairs – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a nightcap before bed.
