Seagull Condominiums unit 1106 is an eleventh floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front vacation rental located on Mustang Island. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two full beds. You can view the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or sit out on the private patio and hear the waves roll in. There is carpet in the bedrooms and all other flooring is tiled. Sofa sleeper sleeps two. This Condo sleeps 6.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Great property

Great time!

Loved every minute. Wonderful trip and place to stay. Only thing we would wish for is the ability to park a golf cart there over night!

Great experience

We were looking for a quick, last-minute getaway for our family of 4. This was a great spot!! Very close to the beach (walk over a short walkway), staff was wonderful, and restaurants were close to property! We will definitely stay there again!

Amazing place!!

We loved it here. Not busy with all the hustle and bustle of Destin and such. Great extras like sand toys and chairs. Very short walk to the beach. Loved the daily towel service.

Perfect get away for families!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed this property. The renovations are gorgeous. The patio and view are killer. Easy walk to the beach. Far away from town so the beach isn’t too crowded but close enough to grab some dinner in Port A. We will definitely be back! 🧡

Amazing!!!

Loved it! The condo was WELL furnished! Even had sand toys and games for my 5 year old. The sunrise every morning was so beautiful to see! Will be back!!

Wonderful get away!

My husband and I had not visited Port Aransas for many years and we were very pleased with the condo we stayed in. Beautiful view of the beach , comfortable chairs on balcony and living area. Kitchen well equipped but in my opinion new pots and pans are needed! Check in and out were great! We also appreciated daily towel service which was a surprise to us! We will definitely go back as soon as possible!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

Pictures do not do this unit justice! The view and the décor is spectacular. I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. Management was really helpful and answered all my packing questions immediately.

Weekend Getaway

Place is nicely located. Beaches are clean. People on the beach, but a very nice and relaxed feeling. Place we stayed in was nice. Had great views. Only problem was a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. We called the front desk and they sent someone right away. It couldn’t get fixed while we were there, but it didn’t impede us from the usual cooking and working in the kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great beachfront condo

Location and view was great. Condo was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Really appreciated the provided canopy and loungers for the beach and the daily towel service. The kids loved the well stocked game closet and the extra boogie boards and beach chairs. One elevator was broken which left only one working for the whole condo. So this was an inconvenience to get to and from the 11th floor. And the water pressure was very low. We had to buy ice because the ice maker didn't produce enough but it was easy to get for $2 cash at the front desk. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this property.

This condo looked nice, with fantastic views and great access to the beach and was decorated nicely. The walk to the beach was short and they had several rinse station's between beach and complex. Staying on the 11th floor offered great views and ample encounters with birds flying very close, which we enjoyed.We weren't happy with the cleanliness. We have a 2 yr old grandbaby and after wiping up a small spill of water in the kitchen I saw that the floor was quite dirty. Checked the hallway and it was as well. I looked for any mopping supplies,( none) I sent a message to host asking if cleaning supplies could be brought up so I could ensure it was done. A day and 1/2 later I got a message asking if supplies were ever delivered (had not).Very disappointed and unhappy about all of that.Our wifi didn't work most of our stay which was very inconvenient due to one of our party needing to work remotely that Friday. They responded quickly and tried doing what they could but ultimately needed to call Spectrum after the weekend was over. They let us know he was welcome to go to the lobby to use their conference room, not ideal but an option.Don't bother seperating recycling , even if your unit has a recycling can as ours did. The complex doesn't offer this service. I never leave unsatisfied reviews but, unfortunately, must this time.

Beautiful condo with a view!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! The furniture and wall art were gorgeous! The view from our balcony was stunning. We could hear the waves from the ocean and even saw dolphins from our balcony. It was just a short walk out of the condo to get to the beach. We will definitely stay at this condo again in the future!

Fabulous Stay! Great Location!

This condo was as pictured. The Gulf views were amazing, we even saw dolphins swim by! There are a few areas that could some TLC, but nothing that inhibited us in any way. There must have been some water leak issues at sometime so there are some ceiling areas that have staining and need a little attention. We would, for sure, stay here again and again! One note for regular VRBO renters, unlike many places we have stayed this one does not any “leftovers” available for use. Generally there are some staples in the rentals, olive oil, maybe some spices, etc. this is not one of those type rentals. (Just a small thing to note)

First trip since the Pandemic

Check in was an hour an a half late. The condo property is very nice, nice amenities and well kept. Our condo was right next to the elevator and we never heard anything, was very convenient. The balcony is private, nice views. Well furnished condo, looks just like the pictures. We would ask for this condo again.
