Sea Gull Condominiums 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit 110LK is a great vacation rental. First floor water view, with quick and convenient access from parking lot- no waiting on elevators! You can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico as you eat your favorite meal prepared in the fully remodeled equipped kitchen. Located off the balcony is a private picnic area. One bedroom has a king size bed the second bedrooms has two twin size bunk beds. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in both bedrooms. There is a walk in shower in the master bathroom and a new bathtub in the guest bathroom. This Condo sleeps 6.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Quiet, clean, spacious

We were very happy with our stay. The beach was relatively clean, and less developed than some other areas, and the property was comfortable and quiet. The hot tub was particularly pleasant in the chilly weather.

Coldest weekend at the beach

It was a very lovely place. Loved the views from the balconies. Kitchen is equipped perfectly. Loved our Valentine’s weekend

Great Location

Place was great and location was wonderful. Place was very clean and no issues during our stay. Being from a larger city, my only concern was the lacking on additional security features on doors and sliding glass windows and this would have made us a feel little more comfortable at night but we definitely recommend this place.

Pretty close to perfection

Great spot and comfy digs. The walk to the sand is about 60 seconds. The view is beautiful and despite being in a condo it feels very private. Also everything we needed for the week was there and it really let us focus on hanging out instead of running around to stores. The facilities are also so lovely. This stay seriously makes me want to pack my bags! The only three teeny gripes I have is that there is a high frequency tone that is persistent in the living room. Tv can drown it out but if you’re particularly sensitive to sound it can make you want to leave the room. There’s no bathtub stopper for little kids. There’s no recycling offered closely or easily.
