Unit 269 is a beautiful 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a full kitchen and large personal hot tub. Overlooking Fall River and the mountains from the spacious deck, enjoy an alpine setting with a vaulted wood ceiling, king bed, queen sleeper sofa and twin portable folding sleeper (both with memory foam mattresses), cable TV, ceiling fans and Colorado stone gas fireplace. Decorated with high-end finishes throughout and vintage mountain accents. Enjoy free DVD movie rentals, a heated pool in the summer and complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Located one mile from Rocky Mountain National Park with downtown shopping and dining just five minutes from your door. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps five.

Beautiful views!

This condo was warm and welcoming and relaxing. I was prepared for the view from the hot tub to be carefully cropped. Nope. What you see in that picture is what you get! Gorgeous!This condo is perfect for two people. The host provides additional bedding for 2 additional guests. Ya'll better like each other, though. It could get tight. The extra bedding is inside one of the closets and takes up a fair amount of space. One bathroom has a tub and the other shower, both work well.

Accommodating to small family

We stayed with our one year old and I asked If manager would be able to provide a high chair and they did plus a playpen for her to stay in! The place was super clean, great location and easy communication with check in and check out.

Beautiful location

We could not have asked for a better location to Rocky Mt Nat'l Park. Loved being out of the hustle and bustle of town. Got to see plenty of deer and elk. Really enjoyed having the windows open and falling asleep to the creek below. The views from the hot tub are beautiful. The unit is just as pictured and the check in process was super easy. Our two suggestions would be to get rid of the plastic cups and invest in glassware and the bed frame is longer than the mattress so beware or your shins will look like my husbands lol. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo right near the RMNP entrance

We had a great time staying in this condo. Everything was as pictured and our check-in process was easy and fast. You can tell that the owner cares for this property as they have thought of many different aspects for those staying in their condo. We came to hike the park, so the hot tub after a long day was very well enjoyed. One minor thing to note is that it was not equipped with A/C so keep that in mind for some of your warmer days. We had great weather that allowed the windows and fans to keep it cool during the day and night. Overall, my wife and I had a great time visiting Estes park and RMNP. This condo added to the experience as well!

Best cabin in Estes - perfect mountain setting.

Fantastic stay, location was ideal for entry into RMNP and near downtown Estes Park. Hot tub overlooking the mountain stream was perfect. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and hearing the stream. Well stocked kitchen and everything was well maintained. Can’t wait to visit again.

My husband and I stayed here over my birthday weekend and we absolutely loved it! The place was very clean and cozy, and the private hot tub was wonderful! We will definitely be booking another stay here again!

Perfect place & location

We couldn’t have loved it more. Really clean and very nicely decorated with very nice furnishings. Hot tub was awesome and fireplace was easy to use and warmed the place up nice! Loved the two full bathrooms as well. The location to the park was really perfect. Extremely easy check in/out process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Estes Park and at this property. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of exploring RMNP. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great home base for visiting RMNP

Rental was as advertised and provided ample space for our family of three. The floors needed to be vacuumed/swept a little more thoroughly, but otherwise the unit was extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed use of the hot tub and heated pool, as well as the short drive to the Fall River entrance of RMNP. Only disappointment was no laundry facilities available, despite management informing me there was guest laundry upon booking. This was a factor in our booking the property, but the day before check-out I was told new machines were on order and laundry room was closed. This had not been communicated by the management company prior to or at check-in, and there was no response when I emailed expressing my disappointment. Aside from this inconvenience and lack of communication, we had a great stay.

Very cozy, cute and clean!

My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding in Estes Park and we were so impressed at how clean and nice the condo is. It is very cozy and well decorated, with new appliances and fixtures. The view is wonderful and the place is very quiet which is what we were looking for. The private hot tub was wonderful.

Great location!

This property was 1 mile from the national Park entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially the hot tub after a day of hiking. We kept our windows open all night and enjoyed the cool mountain air.

Honeymoon

This condo was very nice! Clean and updated. We loved using the hot tub after a long day of walking! The location was perfect, very close to national park entrance and also close to downtown. We would totally stay here again next time we visit! The only critique would be the pillows on the bed, they are very flat so make sure to bring your own if you like a good pillow.

Beautiful Mountain Views

Lovely place in the mountains. Close to Rocky Mountain State Park entrance. The condo is beautifully decorated and the hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking.

Engagement getaway!

We stayed for a few nights on vacation to celebrate our engagement and we had a blast. Everything was clean and exactly as described by Lynette. We loved the views and enjoyed coming back to the place after long hikes so we could relax. Great stay and would recommend/consider coming back!
