Hurricane Lowell Update (9/9/26): Our thoughts are with everyone on Kauai still recovering from Hurricane Lowell, especially those who lost their homes — parts of the island, including areas of Poipu, were hit hard. For guests with an upcoming stay: we inspected this property in person, found no storm damage, and roads and access here are normal. Recovery across the island is ongoing and will take time. Guest Access:

You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.



The Neighborhood:

From Kiahuna Beach up Kiahuna Plantation Drive to the areas of Pili Mai, Kauanoe o Koloa, Wainani, and Kiahuna Village. Kiahuna Village is an association of homes around the Kiahuna Golf Course and Wainani`s single-family homes surround another part of the golf course. Poipu Shopping Village with free Hawaiian entertainment on Mondays and Thursdays at 5 pm and the Village Market every first and third Tuesday. Enjoy walking the Hapa Trail which will take you from the Poipu Beach Athletic Club to Koloa.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

All reservations require a 25% payment to hold chosen dates. 

• 45 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance is due in full.



CANCELLATION POLICIES: 

• Reservations canceled 14 days or more prior to arrival date are 100% refundable.
