The lower level has a game room, a ping pong table, a fully equipped home gym, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

The outside has a large entertainment focused deck with an outside kitchen, a Viking bbq grill and a pool. The wrap around covered porches and patio provides a great space to sit outside and hear the bird calls. The barn on the premises includes family friendly goats and chickens that you are welcome to interact with. The adjacent wildlife management area invites frequent deer, wild turkey, birds of prey and the occasional bear sighting in and around the property.

*** Note about the animals: The animals are totally separated from the house (so no animal odors), and while you are welcome to interact with them, they will not interfere your stay. They are taken cared for by a caretaker who will not access the house or the surroundings.
