The space
A funky yet modern vibe—refreshingly weird might be one way to describe it.
It is an architectural rarity, offering a wealth of luxury. It was originally designed and built by an architect/land developer. The original glory is still largely intact, with a bit of an updated and modern flair. After having spent hours in the property, I still walk through it with a bit of wonder and awe. It's a bit odd, but also awe-inspiring.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The property is in a relatively quiet area. There are other houses around, some of which you can see. However, you have relative privacy and your own oasis.

Circuses (lol), hoedowns, loud parties, big music speakers, lots of screaming and hollering do not contribute to that. By all means, have fun and enjoy yourself, but just be mindful. The property and neighborhood is amazing.

This is not the place to live it up and cause havoc. Rather, it is the place to come and relax, connect with friends and family, be refreshed, have fun, get exercise, play some competitive games, go swimming, steam yourself with the sauna, roast marshmallows around the firepit, etc. Have fun by all means, but just consider your surroundings.

Conveniently located near Route 209, our property offers easy access to grocery stores, dining options, and essential amenities—all within a 5-minute drive. Nearby establishments include Wawa, Taco Bell, Dunkin' Donuts, and more, ensuring that all your basic needs are met with ease.

While our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, we kindly ask guests to maintain this atmosphere by avoiding loud parties or disruptive activities. Instead, our property is designed for relaxation, family bonding, and recreational enjoyment. Whether you're swimming, playing games, or simply unwinding by the firepit, we encourage you to embrace the tranquility and make lasting memories with loved ones.

Other things to note
● Township Regulations
‣ The township caps nighttime guests to 14 people AND daytime guests to and additional 10 people for a total of 24 people.
‣ The township caps the number of cars to 8 vehicles.
‣ Per the township, there is up to a $1000 fine per violation for violating the township
ordinances.

● ID and security deposit are required to be submitted electronically before arrival. A rental agreement is also required to be submitted before granting access to the property. This is done electronically.

● A $500 security deposit is required, which is processed electronically.

● Indoor pool is heated to maintain a temp of 82-84° and is open year-round. The outdoor pool is not heated and is open from around the middle of May to the end of Sept.

● Hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge are open year-round.

● Children should not be left unattended. There are two pools and a pond on the property.

● We do consider allowing photography shoots, but they must be arranged beforehand.

● Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Smoke Alarm are installed and placed in compliance with the local municipal building code. There is one in the common living area.

● Outside security cameras. Cameras record, are visible & are NOT inside the building.

● Noise monitoring devices. Detect disruptive or destructive noise levels i.e., illegal parties. $2000 fine for causing any kind of neighborhood disturbances or violating rules. Noise that can be heard by a neighbor is strictly prohibited.
