Beachy Beach Condo - Full Set of Resort Amenities

Welcome to Paradise! If you're looking for rest and relaxation as well as awesome amenities, you've come to the right place. The resort’s indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts are open year round with the beach just a short boardwalk walk away!

In addition to the indoor amenities, the resort features 2 outdoor pools and a BEACH BAR (COCO'S) and an onsite deli. These features are normally open from 3/1 - 10/31 each year.

We love our home away from home and love sharing it with you!

The Space:
Our unit comfortably sleeps 4 people with one queen bed and two twin beds in two bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms as well.

The condo is on the 2nd floor in building 4. There are two separate elevators and stairs to access the villa. The route to the beach is to go through the parking lot with most of the walk on the beautiful boardwalk over a natural marsh, ending at Coco's - the fun beach bar! You can see both Cocos and the boardwalk in our photos. There is a free golf cart shuttle service across the boardwalk during the busy/summer season. The shuttle schedule is posted at the beginning of the boardwalk at the pickup area. The outdoor pools typically open 3/1.

The condo includes basic kitchen items such as pots, pans, silverware, plates, coffee cups and glasses. There is also a blender, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker. There are several grocery stores nearby but guests may find it helpful to bring coffee and/or k-cups to start their day until they are able to visit the store.

Guest Access:
The entire unit except for 2 small owner's closet is accessible for guests.

The resort is here for you to use and enjoy! There is much to do here, and you will find the Staff and Owners to be friendly and helpful.

Our amenities include two outdoor pools (open seasonally), an indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, six lighted tennis courts, a fitness room, an indoor jogging track and many others that we are sure you will enjoy.

We have a fine Deli at the outdoor pool in Building One, and a wonderful Bar and Grill at the beach (both open seasonally). Also, Palmetto Dunes golf course is right next door.

Our goal is to have every visitor enjoy our Resort and want to come back often.

A wonderful Hilton Head stay

This a great condo to call home base for a trip to Hilton Head. The pictures are very accurate of the condo. It is close to everything, and the indoor pool was very useful on non-beach days. We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Beachy Beach.

Short stay in Hilton Head Island

We had a great stay in a well appointed apartment in very good location. Eric was a great host given us all the info we needed and more for a really comfortable stay. The resort has access to the beach and we the apartment is perfect for a family of 4 or small group of friends .

The condo was super clean and plenty of room for our family. The resort was very well maintained by the staff. Although the walk to the beach is a little long, there is a shuttle service and the other amenities as well as the cleanliness of the condo and the resort make up for it.

We had so much fun at the resort. Pickle ball, pool, boardwalk to beach. We felt safe and had a great time. Great neighborhood and easy to ride bikes everywhere!

Great place

Great place to stay. Highly recommend bringing a wagon or cooler on wheels as the walk to the beach is a little lengthy. Beautiful condo, great location, complex is huge. We had a blast and really enjoyed outlrselves.

Great weekend getaway!

Very happy with this condo! Very clean, perfect size for our family of 3. Owner very responsive when ac wasn't working properly and had it fixed the next day. Very homey feeling too, loved the little book of things to do in hhi also😊

Girls' Weekend

My lifelong friend and I booked this location for a weekend getaway. It was wonderful. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed time on the beach, walking around Hilton Head, and just relaxing in the condo.

We've been coming to the island for the past 12 years. We have stayed in many different condos within Hilton Head Resort. We had a wonderful time this year and fantastic weather! The host, Eric, was amazing! Quick to answer and made our trip a breeze. We would love to stay here again.

Great communication from owner

This was a perfect little place for our spring break. My 5 and 8 year old got a lot out of the indoor pool. The boardwalk to the beach was actually really lovely. We saw lots of bird fishing. We enjoyed cocos on the beach for dinner one night, right next to the ocean. Eric, the owner, was super fast at responding to emails.

Spring Break Getaway

Everything was better than we expected. The villa was clean and spacious for our family of four. Loved that we only had to open the door and head downstairs to play pickle ball. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but riding bikes was so much fun. Bike rentals on site made renting bikes super easy. We biked to Shelter Cove a couple of times during our 5 night stay. Plenty to do at the resort with two teens. We would definitely stay there again.

Good stay

The home was just what we needed. Clean and set up right for us and our two teen boys. You can hear every step above you however. Sadly we weren’t able to rent bikes or any tennis equipment which was a big disappointment. The property didn’t have anyone staffing the bike area and no tennis equipment was available to rent either and my boys were disappointed. The deli- was also closed. The walk to the beach is father than any other property we have stayed on, so we’d probably choose something closer to the shore next time. The property owner was very responsive.

This unit had all the right "C's" Cozy, Cute, Clean and Close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay!

Eric was very responsive to any needs. The unit is as described and most importantly clean. The boardwalk was beautiful a nice walk directly to the beach or you could opt to take the courtesy shuttle. We even rode our bikes to see the sunrise the last morning. We will definitely be back!

Hilton Head Resort is great. We love the pace of mid-island much more than the bustle and congestion of Coligny. I like that we can go to the beach and not be right on top of other beach goers.
