There is also a half-bath downstairs. Cozy hickory floors lead you upstairs where you'll find three bedrooms. The master suite has a comfortable king size bed, a freshly renovated travertine shower, a large TV with Chromecast and lake view. Bedroom #2 has a large desk with leather chair as well as a daybed with trundle. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, TV and desk. Front-load washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs. To complete the upstairs, there is also a second full bath with tub and shower. The one-car garage comes with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and three bicycles to ride around the neighborhood. Guest has access to swing sets as well as pool, hot tub, and gas grills at the clubhouse.
