Want the privacy and flexibility of your own place but also want the high end amenities of a full on luxury resort? You can have it all in our immaculate second floor unit (no first floor critters and bugs coming in) is tiled, with only area rugs, throughout - excellent for those who are sensitive to dust and mites found in carpeting. The master suite has a king size bed, while a second bedroom has two twin beds. A separate full sized den area (not the separate living room) has a COMFORTABLE double sized pull out sofa. The condo happily sleeps 6 people. We do not charge for extra guests.

Our kitchen is well stocked with everything from dishes and cutlery to wine glasses. We have modern stainless steel appliances and offer a large dinette/eat in kitchen area as well as a full sized eat-at bar. The condo has a total of THREE flat panel TVs, iPod/Bluetooth docking stations, alarm clocks, telephone (pay as you go charges apply), cable and high speed Wi-Fi. Everything you need for the MOST relaxing, worry free vacation.

There is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in the utility closet. The unit comes with covered parking spot. A neighbourhood pool - 1 of 7 throughout the 718 acre country club - is located just outside your door. We provide bikes so that you can ditch the car and bike around the lush, expansive club! In case it rains, we have an XBOX gaming system with over 21 games.

Heritage Bay is a luxury, gated community in beautiful Naples, FL. Your weekly or monthly rates allow you full access to all the amenities including, the 37,000 sq ft clubhouse, unlimited golf, 7 lighted tennis courts, 9,000 sq ft fitness centre, pool tables, 7 neighbourhood swimming pools and also a huge resort-style main pool and hot tub. Enjoy entertainment, dinner dances, fine dining at the inhouse restaurant and grill room, and cocktails around the main pool.

Our condo is centrally located, just a short drive to Vanderbilt Beach (rated number 4 best beach in the world!), Lowdermilk (our favourite beach), Delnor Wiggins State Park, Bonita Springs Barefoot Beach, and the world famous Mercato area, where you can dine at over 15 notable restaurants and shop at the many upscale retailers. Or just head downtown for a stroll on 5th Avenue or a walk on Naples pier. For guests staying 3 months or more, we will provide you with a pass for free parking at Vanderbilt Beach! This condo is perfectly situated near all grocery and drug stores as well as banks, wine/liquor stores, and many restaurants.

There is a standard cleaning fee of $125 upon your departure. We cover this for guests staying 60 days or more.
