Chris was very helpful and informative. The grounds of the property were exceptionally well maintained. The beach access was incredible. And something you may not appreciate unless you have already spent time in Greece, the many dedicated parking spaces were a great relief.

A wonderful villa in an amazing location. The garden is spectacular and beautifully maintained and it was wonderful to be able to step through the back gate straight on to the beach. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance and buses into neighbouring resorts were easy to navigate.Whilst we were lucky to be able to spend most of our time outside the villa itself felt a bit tired in places and the kitchen wasn't the easiest for self catering for 5 adults.Chris was a wonderful host and the communication was great. A wonderful week and we didn't want to leave!

We are delighted that you enjoyed the spectacular garden, the direct access to the beach and the wonderful location, and that you appreciated our communication and hospitality. Regarding the kitchen, we would just like to clarify that the villa is equipped with a good range of kitchenware and cooking essentials. In addition, there are three dining tables: one indoors seating 4–6 people, one seating 6 people on the terrace immediately outside the kitchen, and another in the garden seating 6–8 people, providing several options for guests to enjoy their meals together. We take great care in maintaining the villa and carry out an annual review of its condition, renewing, updating or replacing anything that needs attention to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable stay. We always appreciate our guests’ feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we are delighted that you had such a wonderful week. The Villa was beautiful, especially the outdoors which was amazing in the daytime as well as at night. The views were spectacular, pool was simply perfect, and Chris was an amazing host! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!

Beautiful villa in an amazing location!

We just spent a week at this beautiful property. The place is amazing and a location second to none. The host, Chris, was so welcoming and helpful, which just added to the wonderful experience we had. Would thoroughly recommend!

Perfect House, Perfect Location, Wonderful Host

Save yourself looking any further, this is as nice a property as there is on Corfu and the host could not be more welcoming, helpful, or accommodating. Simply perfect.

Just perfect!

We stayed at this villa for 2nd time and it will be not the last. Just perfect place for peaceful vacation. Absolutely stunning location- 50m from beach! Very welcoming and friendly owner, gave us lot of good advice about surrounding and restaurants.

Paradise

Chris is a fabulous host. House is located on quieter part of beach. Multiple beach bars and beach restaurants a short walk away. Also plenty of restaurants nearby in Barbeti town. Secure parking.

Beautiful Spot

Perfect week in a beautiful house located directly at the beach. We enjoyed the privacy of the property on the one hand and the beach, the nice restaurants and bars in walking distance on the other hand. Chris is very caring and looked after us during the whole stay. Thanks Chris!

Great stay in corfu

The location and the views are awesome. The owner is very friendly and communication was excellent. The outdoor area, garden and beach access was fantastic. The house itself resembles a small farm house. The bathrooms were good size, however the shower stalls were very small (2x2 Feet. 60cmx 60 cm).

The Perfect Property

This property is so well thought out and the host doesn’t miss a detail. Chris welcomed us in person and was readily available throughout our stay to help or offer suggestions. The pool and beach are perfection and the location made it easy to get to lots of different locations. There is also a lovely local market as welll as a couple of beach tavernas that we really enjoyed. Would highly, highly recommend!

A garden gate down to the sea.

Amazing Villa that couldn’t be closer to the sea. We swam in it so much having the pool too, we were spoilt for choice. Matparti village with all its taverna’s and shops are all walkable and there are numerous options along the beach too. Chris is an amazing host who couldn’t be more helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed the stay. The coordinates were off a little in the listing, but otherwise the property is as described. Chris was a great host and communicated very well and quickly responded to all questions. Be sure to have WhatsApp on your phone!

Location, Location, Location

The property is set on a large plot with a lovely pool, well manicured garden and plenty of areas to relax. Inside living space was extremely clean and welcoming and while a little small and dated, the outside area more than makes up for it with beautiful views, all day sun, easy access to the sea and nearby restaurants / bars. Chris was incredibly warm and attentive to all our needs.

Beautiful located villa

Really beautiful garden and location. The sea as your backgarden! Good restaurants in the neighbourhood. We visited Corfu at the and of October. So it's a little bit to cold sitting outside in the evening. The siting room is to small for 4 or 6 people.

Just perfect

There's really nothing to add to all the great reviews already posted. We had a wonderful holiday on Corfu and that was to a great deal due to this wonderful property and its garden and pool located next to the beach. Chris was a fantastic host and indeed very prompt and friendly in his communications. Everything just perfect!

Fabulous villa!

We absolutely loved the villa and location , right on Barbetti beach. The villa is very comfortable and nicely decorated, the pool lovely and warm and the gardens are beautiful. There are a few lovely beach bars and restaurants on the beach which our teenagers loved and plenty of water sports to keep them entertained. We hired a boat from the other end of the beach and sailed around to Agni and to a gorgeous restaurant at Kalami beach over looking the sea where they help you moor your boat. We had an amazing stay here and Chris was very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa and hope to be back one day soon!

Fabulous Villa & Location

Just returned home from a 9 night stay at this absolutely beautiful Villa at Barbati, Corfu. From the moment we arrived til the day we left we couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful stay. A beachfront location with private swimming pool and beautiful large colourful gardens, this Villa truly is the most perfect accommodation anyone could wish for. The Villa itself had all amenities that you need with 3 lovely large bedrooms, one with a balcony with stunning views overlooking the garden and beach. The Villa and grounds are very private yet there are restaurants and shops within a very short walking distance. Our hosts Chrispanaretos and Sofia Anna his daughter were exceptional and supplied us with lots of very helpful information on the area. We cannot thank them enough for making our holiday so special and memorable.

THE DREAM BEACHFRONT VILLA HAS COME TRUE

If it is your first time to visit Corfu- make your base this simple yet stunning villa situated right on Barbati Beach. Believe all the photos that the kind and gracious owner Chris has posted- what you see is definitely what you get. And once you get there, you'll realise everything is even more beautiful than the photos! My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay- the gardens and the beach any time of day or night, were an absolute joy to behold. We loved hanging out by the pool, having our daily sunset drinks and UNO card games by the "pink corner" at the front of the garden, and delicious, grilled home-cooked meals in the gazebo. This villa's stunning beauty and comfort, teamed with Corfu's amazing natural produce and its wonderful people will surely guarantee a family holiday that will be remembered for many many years to come. Thank you so much Chris for Villa Cote Jardin!

Amazing property in a great location directly on the beach.

Chris and Angela greeted us warmly at the Villa gave us all the details we needed to know regarding functions of the house. There was a welcome hamper of coffee, fruit, jams, sugar and butter. The villa is beautifully located on a shingle beach with amazing views. The area was pieceful and beach quiet. Highlight was the pool, not a huge one but ideal for dipping in, lounging on the lilo or just resting on the beds. The villa is equipped with all the necessities, the local shops just a five minute walk up the hill were great to pick up emergencies, we tended to get most of what we needed from the larger supermarkets. Highlight early morning walk and collect a loaf of fresh bread from the bakery. There are some local restaurants on the beach next to villa but we visited the ones on the main road which was only a ten minute walk. Each have stunning views of the coast line and serve traditional Greek food as well as Pasta, Pizzas etc all reasonably priced. There is a new quaint cocktail bar opened which was nice to chill and have pre-drinks in before dinner. We didn't use the BBQ at the villa but great it's there if we had got round to it. Ladies who visited us to clean twice during our weeks stay were a delight, certainly put a smile on our faces. We would definitely recommend this Villa.

Idyllic Place

I stayed at Cote Jardin Villa this month (Sept 2023) with my three sisters. We were enthralled with the location, the villa itself, the garden and pool area, in fact, the whole experience has left us with lots of wonderful memories, memories that we shall cherish, forever... The delightful host, Chris, was there to greet us and to show us around, he left us a fabulous 'welcome box' full of local goodies and a lovely chilled bottle of wine. He was on hand at all times to sort anything that needed sorting. However, nothing needed sorting, everything was just perfect. We were there for seven days and the bed linen and towels were changed half way through. The pool man also came twice that week to ensure the pool was ok. All in all we could not have been better looked after. I cannot recommend this villa enough, from beginning to end it was all perfect. My sisters and I were extremely reluctant to leave this beautiful place. Everything about it was definitely five star. The host was exceptional in his care and attention, nothing was too much trouble and he even checked in by message to make sure we were all ok. I would, without doubt, happily revisit Cote Jardin Villa anytime. Thank you VRBO and our wonderful host, Chris, for helping us make magical memories. Warmest regards, Lilian (Ball)
