The Location
• This home is in Dawsonville, on the north end of Lake Lanier and about 5 minutes from Simon’s North Georgia Outlet Mall and 20 minutes from downtown Dahlonega
• The house is located on a quiet cove, excellent for fishing, swimming or relaxing on the two-story dock
• The boat dock is a short gentle walk from the house. Bring your own watercraft to store in the covered single slip or jet ski port or relax on the upper deck, another place to enjoy the views
• Several boat ramps are only a few miles away from the property, War Hill Park and Nix Bridge. Don’t worry about fuel, Athens Boat Club is just around the corner
• The home is in a neighborhood but very private setting

• House is three levels; all levels enjoy the view of the lake
• Second full kitchen is located on the Lido Deck adjacent to outdoor hot tub
