This luxury gated resort has all the amenities for a perfect getaway, including security with a 24/7 Guard; State-of-the-Art Fitness Center with men and women's individual Steam Rooms, Lockers, Sauna; and an indoor spa, with floor to ceiling windows where you can enjoy the view while working out ; plus a Billiard Room; Tennis and Pickle ball Court; a large Club/Party Room; beach-front stainless steel grill; free WiFi and cable for Smart TV's.

The fully equipped new and updated kitchen boasts European white cabinets; granite countertops; stainless steel sink & appliances; porcelain tiled floors and best of all - an open view to the Gulf of Mexico.

The Living and Dining Rooms flow into each other with a mirrored wall that provides a beautiful backdrop of the Gulf and extends the view. Stylishly and comfortable furnishings include a 55" smart TV.

Wake up on the King size bed in the oversized En-suite Master Bedroom where the first thing you will see is the beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors Enjoy the Gulf breeze on your balcony, or turn on the Smart TV. The walk-in closet will, hopefully, be large enough for all your treasures. The updated Master Bath has dual sinks, marble countertop, roman soaking tub, separate shower, new light fixtures and a high, energy efficient toilet.

The oversized En Suite Guest Bedroom with it's own private balcony, has a new Queen size bed, walk-in closet and smart TV for your enjoyment.

An oversized sofa and an air mattress can accommodate sleeping for up to 2 more Guests.

The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

This is a no-smoking property so smoking must be done on the beach or outside the building on the sidewalk.

Wonderful getaway!

Condo had everything we needed. Great location. Just a short walk to nearby restaurants. Short drive to Clearwater business area, as well as mainland. Loved the salt water pool and hot tub. Owners communication was too notch. Best I have ever experienced on VRBO.

Absolutly The Best Location By Far

This condo is located on the most beautiful and private stretch of beach in the Belleair Beach/ Clearwater Beach area. We really loved this place. Everything was in place to make for an enjoyable stay. We will most likely try to stay here again. Thank you Joan for making this a wonderfull trip.

Great place and location

This was a wonderful place to stay at. We were able to park the car and walk for most of the stay. We were able to walk and enjoy a place for breakfast and 4 other restaurants in same complex for dinner and lunch. The view is spectacular and our host Joan was a sweetheart. If I had a question, she responded immediately!

Really enjoyed our time at the condo. The property owners were responsive to communications and were invested in our experience. The booking, check-in and check-out process was easy. The location for this condo is ideal for enjoying breathtaking sunsets, relaxing walks along the beautiful beach, and proximity to fantastic restaurants. The grounds (pool, fitness facility, just to name a few) are clean and well-maintained. We look forward to many return visits in the future!

Beautiful condo and views

The condo was beautiful and the view amazing. It was a wonderful stay but unfortunately cut short due to a hurricane. The hosts were wonderful. They even reached out after to make sure everything was okay since we had to evacuate. We would love to come back in the future

Nice location and accommodation . However, it appeared that only one room was prepared to accommodate quests. The quest room did not have any storage available.

Dear Susan, Ed, Cecelia and Tom, Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate knowing how we can improve our service to our Guests. With the 8-9 shelves in the walk-in closet, we have never had a complaint about not having enough 'storage'. So it really saddens us that you didn't tell Joan, when she came to help you work through your Parking Violation Notification, that you didn't mention it. If you preferred drawers over shelves, we would have gotten a small dresser in there for you. And thank you for your honesty in showing us the beach chairs that had gotten broken. It was truly our pleasure having you as our Guests.

The View is just amazing!!!!

The pictures were true to reality. The water view was amazing! The condo was well stocked with beach items. We appreciated everything. Personally I didn’t like the view to the East of the condo -the pickle ball / tennis courts.

Our new favorite place to stay!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The owners Joan and Joe were extremely nice and welcoming and helped us with any questions and desires. The condo was very clean and pretty. It is also a private complex so the beach was nice and peaceful with only a few family’s around.Wonderful people surrounding the area. The condo was nicely furnished and gave such a memorable beach vibe. The condo also had an amazing beachfront view from the balcony with amazing sunsets every night. We definitely recommend staying here and we cannot wait to come here again!! 10/10 experience!

Beach vaca

Condo had beautiful views facing the ocean. Sunsets were beautiful. Plenty of room for our needs. Attached bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient plus a half bath for visitors. Pool was heated and very comfortable. It could get loud at times since the condo is directly above it. Nice little strip mall with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Service wasn’t the greatest but the food was very good. Overall a great vacation in a good location.

Wonderful in every way!

This extremely beautiful condo has everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, all there to use on the pristine beach right in front of the condo. The condo itself is completely furnished with everything you can think of, including lovely toiletries and soft towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. The kitchen even has coffee pods to go with the coffee maker! Our host Joan is an absolute delight :) The communication was so easy, and she even decorated the condo before our arrival for myself and my best friend's birthdays. It was such a treat, and believe me we are going again next year.

Didn’t want to leave!

From the moment we stepped into this clean condo, we were in love. Upon our entry was a beautiful hand-written welcome note, wine and sweet treats. First, the condo was super spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The bathrooms had plenty of fluffy towels, toilet paper, hair dryer and even a curling iron! Next, the kitchen had all the necessities including 2 different types of coffee pots, microwave, full oven and dishwasher, and a newer-looking refrigerator. Lastly, and most importantly in my opinion, was the impeccable view off the balcony. I enjoyed my morning cups of coffee out there every day with the waves crashing and the Florida bird’s singing. The beach itself was so quiet and beautiful with lots of shells to discover. My only downfall of this condo was leaving. I hope my family and I will have another opportunity to go to this condo at Sand Key very soon.

Paradise on Sand Key

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The view of the Gulf was simply incredible and sunsets were spectacular. Joan was a very thoughtful and responsive host. We would definitely recommend the Crescent Beach Club.

Nice stay

Very good communication and great owners. Very nice unit and owners are attentive to your needs. Good pool. Beach is ok and good beach just north across the bridge. Backwaters grill and Columbia just across the street are great for happy hour and dinner or lunch respectively.

As a licensed Real Estate Broker who sold properties all along the beach, The Crescent Beach Club was designed for privacy due to its curved shape. Most all other condo complexes are rectangular shapes where you look across and into each others units. At the Crescent Beach Club, you look directly out over the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, it has a reputation for how well it is maintained and cared for.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Again, it's crescent-shaped design stands out among all the other condos in the area. And it is usually not more than 30-45 minutes away from anything you could want to see or do, with Disneyland being the exception. Tourist attractions, Golf courses, Museums, Shopping, Theater, Medical facilities, airports, are all nearby. The Home Shopping Network Outlet store is an easy drive where you will find insane bargains! The Coast Guard station is across the street and it is not unusual to see helicopters doing maneuvers in front of you over the open water. These are just 2 attractions that are unique and special to this area.
