We love Sand Key! CBC is a great condo to stay in. 15E was very large, well appointed, newly renovated. Sandy Feet VR was very responsive when there was a short power outage. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time and the views were just amazing! We loved seeing the sunrises in the morning and the sunsets in the evening! The condo was equipped with enough bath towels and beach towels for 5 people. It was wonderful to have the laundry facilities in house. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We loved how low key it was and plan to be back! The Sandy Feet staff were extremely responsive to any questions we had.

This place was amazing! The condo was super clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The views from all balconies were breath taking with both the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Beautiful quiet beach and pool. Clearwater beach point is just right over the bridge 5 minute car ride. We will most definitely rent with this condo again!

Spectacular

Stayed the first two weeks of March and absolutely loved our vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view from the balconies is nothing less than spectacular. If we werenā€™t on the beach or site seeing around town, we were on the main balcony facing the beach. The sunsets are magical as well. Fantastic location and we will be back.

From start to end, everything was easy and exactly as described or even better! Easy check in, condo was newly & beautifully remodeled. Everything you need was there. Every Detail Was Addressed At This Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and the most comfortable, clean, and updated property we have ever visited. So many details were thoughtfully handled. I especially loved having balconies on both the intercostal and the ocean sides. Early morning sunrises with coffee and evening drinks with the sunset were special favorites. Also was a unique feature to have window in the shower! It's a beautiful property.

Great views !

Outstanding gulf and bay views, so sunrise and sunset are a daily treat. Location is perfect to the beaches and Tampa Bay Area. Parking is not reserved but the garage is close to the elevators so that isn't an issue. Guards are super friendly and helpful. We wish the TVs were easier to operate but we figured it out eventually. My 5'4ā€ mom thought her bathroom sink was too high, but that's a quibble. Hope to come back soon.

Views Galore!!!

It was above and beyond my expectations. Angie was amazing from check in to check out. The unit had everything imaginable and it was incredibly clean which was a big concern of mine. My favorite part was being able to see the sunrise from one side of the unit and see the sunset from the other side including large balconies from every room. It was worth every penny!

Perfect Beach Location

The condo is exactly as listed. Itā€™s clean and spacious. It located right on the beach but about a mile south of Clearwater Beach and the crowds. This part was never crowded. Plenty of perfect beach supplies (tent, umbrellas, chairs, toys). The owners are very responsive. The only word of caution I would give is not to bring a large SUV or pickup. Garage parking is tight.
