North Park Retreat! Trendy & Tranquil 2br/2ba!

Summary:
This is a fully loaded 2br/2ba home that sleeps 5. You'll find a full kitchen, plush bedding with gel memory foam mattresses in each bed, an HDTV with free Netflix account for a relaxing night in, and an outdoor patio with sectional sofa and large grill. But the best feature of this home is it's location. A .5 mile walking away is North Park, with all its famous breweries, restaurants and nightlife. Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.

The Space:
You can't help but notice the professionally decor that makes the space feel vibrant yet cozy at the same time. This space uses warm but bright dimmable lighting which is perfect for either work or play. Even though there are only two bedrooms, we have made it possible to sleep an extra person on the couch. The unit comes with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows for all. All white linens are provided by a linen company so you know everything will be perfectly clean every time.

Guest Access:
You can access the whole home, plus the side patio which includes a large outdoor sectional plus grilling area and an overhead sun umbrella to stay in the shade!

The Neighborhood:
The home is set back a bit from the street so you won't hear ANY road noise. You are very close to Balboa Park. In fact you can go for a jog to get there!
Hipsters, young professionals and students hang out in trendy North Park, where coffee shops, craft-beer bars and indie boutiques line University Avenue. The restaurant scene is heavy on brunch spots, upscale pubs, taquerias and sushi lounges, and nightlife often revolves around the Observatory North Park, a 1929 theater that hosts rap, rock and electronica. The North Park Thursday Market also features live music.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by Uber or Lyft ride share services. There is no assigned parking so once you park your car you may find it easier to taxi. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also use one of the many rideshare scooters found throughout the neighborhood such as Bird, Jump or Lime.

**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
