LISTING ACCESS - You have access to the ENTIRE TOP LEVEL, front gated area, shared carport, shared decks, and shared laundry shed. The lower level may be occupied by another guest. Please be kind and courteous to your neighbors.

PARKING - Shared carport with EV charger and free street parking – No restrictions for convenient parking. - EV Charging (Level 2): Feel free to charge your car on NON-PEAK hours only (11 pm-7 am), and we will just charge you whatever kilowatt hrs you use. - Please note: EVs have priority in the carport parking spot.
SECURITY & SAFETY - Safety Features – 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras. - This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
TRANSPORTATION - Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby!
LISTING INTERACTION - I am right next door and can help with anything that`s needed, 24/7, only a phone call or message away. I love to meet my guests in person if possible and show them around my beautiful home.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Stairs and terraces abound (please supervise children and always use provided handrails). - Please read our rules and house manual carefully, as our listing may not be suited to everyone`s needs. - Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it.

If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. ▪️ PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. We’ve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spills—just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. ▪️ EV CHARGING: PEAK HOURS (7 am to 11 pm) will be the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use. ▪️ Gardeners clean the yard every other Friday at 9 am. ▪️ Please put Trash/Recycling out on the curb on Wednesday nights for Thursday morning pickup. ▪️For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages

The place was clean, very well stocked and just as portrayed in the listing. Great location, very centrally located. Loved the breakfast nook and the view of the canyon.
