The 40 sqm flat has a traditional atmosphere in a typical Lisbon neighbourhood, located in a quiet street of Pena neighbourhood, just a short walk from the apartment you will find Rossio and Figueira square. Perfect for couples and for city break.
This cozy apartment with lovely views to Rossio square is well appointed with beautiful details like the antique tiles in the kitchen, comfortable bed and provides the perfect place to explore all that Lisbon has to offer. The Kitchenette is a unique specimen, with an originally restyle-mix of old and traditional tiles, and is fully stocked with a cooker, toaster, Kettle, pots and pans, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee espresso machine, dishes, glasses, and utensils. A small selection of tea and coffee is also provided for guest use, free of charge.
In the apartment you will find 1 Double bed, bathroom with shower, Dining seating for 3 and Lounge seating for 3. Facilities: Internet access (wi-fi), Cable TV and all the rest of the appliances we usually have at home like towels, linen bed, iron, hair dryer.

All monuments, attractions, restaurants, little typical cafes, Museums, transports, taxis are within walking distance right outside your private apartment. A perfect base to explore the magic of this romantic city!

The convenient location to the train station, metro or taxi also allows you just as easily to visit the surroundings like Cascais, Sintra, Belem and Parque das Nações.

In less than 2m walk from the apartment, in Rossio Square, you will find Metro (green line) and Rossio Train Station to take you to Sintra.
In Figueira square, also 2m walk from the apartment you have several buses and the TRAM 15 to take you to the beautiful district of Belém, where you can visit fantastic monuments such as "Torre de Belém" "Padrão dos Descobrimentos" and "Mosteiro dos Jerónimos".
In Martim Moniz square you can take a ride in the popular TRAM 28 and visit all the historical districts of Lisbon.
Also in Rossio you have Taxis and a bus stop where you can take the Aerobus!
Better Location...really impossible!

Important aspects to take into account:
- Check-in between 9pm and 11pm has a fee of €25. Between 11pm and 1am (after 1am we do not check in), the fee is €35.
- Despite being very close, the apartment is at the top of a hill, to get there you have to climb a steep street and some stairs. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator.
- At the moment there is a building under construction, causing some noise during the day (until 7pm) and between Monday and Friday. Due to these works, the view we had of the city is currently blocked.
