We are running a special from June - October. The price listed reflects the discount.

Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom. The living room/kitchen has ceiling fans and an open layout with sliding glass doors and jalousies to enjoy the breeze. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quiet and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa. On the other side of the property is Beach Enclave that has a wonderful restaurant/bar called Ambra.

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

We had such a great stay here. The whole booking process was super seamless and everything just felt easy from the start. Jen was awesome helping us check in. She made everything really smooth and welcoming right away.The bungalows are very private which we loved. It felt like our own little space the whole time. The outdoor shower was also a highlight, just really cool and added to the whole relaxed beach vibe.The gym was honestly amazing, way better than expected, and the staff across the property were all excellent. Everyone was super attentive without being too much, which made a big difference.We also liked that security walks the beach at night. It made us feel really comfortable. And being close to The Shore Club restaurant down the beach was a big plus too. We ended up going there and loved it.Pictures do not do this place justice at all.Overall just a really easy relaxing stay. Would definitely come back.

What an amazing stay!!!

Swaying Palms is one of the most beautiful bungalows I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! The location is incredible, and the bungalow was impeccably clean. Jen was also fantastic; she responded quickly to our texts and made us feel very welcome.We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Quiet Beach

My husband and I had the most amazing week staying here! We loved these bungalows! They were so peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the kite surfing and using the paddle boards and kayaks. Highly recommend if your looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax!

This place is absolutely amazing. The views of the water were great and watching the sun come up every morning was my favorite. The staff are the nicest people and they are very helpful. I would highly recommend this place it’s very quiet and peaceful was a great place to spend our honeymoon

Relaxing Getaway

This was one of the best vacations that we have ever taken. The property was beautiful! The landscaping of the property created a private atmosphere which we loved. Of course, the view was incredible. Jen, the property manager, and B were extremely helpful and offered suggestions on where to go on the island. I you're looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway, I would highly recommend this property.

Island paradise

Our new favorite place! We came for our honeymoon and fell in love with it. The bungalow was amazing and exactly like the photos! Very clean and right on the beach! We did not want to leave! We highly recommend to stay here!

Gorgeous property

Gorgeous one bedroom bungalow! Loved our 10 day vacation. Location was perfect. Beach is just a few steps away. We loved how quiet the property was. We went diving and snorkeling all over the island. We will be back!
