Romantic Getaway, LOWEST DENSITY on the Island, STAND ALONE BUNGALOWS!

Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (9) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quiet and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa.

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Clean nice place. All amenities provided. Host was always so easy and quick to respond to us. Beach view was amazing. Dipping pool was beautiful. Felt secluded but was only 5-10 min drive away from anything.

This was one of the best vacations Iā€™ve ever had. The bungalow was very private and it felt like we had the entire beach/ocean to ourselves. I will add that there is a lot of seaweed but once you get past that by walking through it, we preferred the kayak, you were in beautiful clear water again! They worked hard everyday to clear it. Jen was also great with the couple requests we had. I will also add that the bedroom is the only space with air conditioning so it could get hot in the main area. Overall, we still loved it.

Swaying Palms is one of the most beautiful bungalows I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! The location is incredible, and the bungalow was impeccably clean. Jen was also fantastic; she responded quickly to our texts and made us feel very welcome.We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Getaway

This was one of the best vacations that we have ever taken. The property was beautiful! The landscaping of the property created a private atmosphere which we loved. Of course, the view was incredible. Jen, the property manager, and B were extremely helpful and offered suggestions on where to go on the island. I you're looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway, I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Quiet Beach

My husband and I had the most amazing week staying here! We loved these bungalows! They were so peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the kite surfing and using the paddle boards and kayaks. Highly recommend if your looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax!

I have been fortunate to stay in multiple beautiful homes in many Caribbean islands and this is absolutely one of the top 1-2. Views are insane. Property is well kept daily. Staff are friendly, sweet and fun to chat with. Iā€™m bring more couples next year!

Our new favorite place! We came for our honeymoon and fell in love with it. The bungalow was amazing and exactly like the photos! Very clean and right on the beach! We did not want to leave! We highly recommend to stay here!
