Romantic Getaway, LOWEST DENSITY on the Island, STAND ALONE BUNGALOWS!

Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each bungalow is separated by a min of 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quite and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa..

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Week in Swaying Palms

We stayed at Swaying Palms and the bungalow was beautiful and very private. The beach is very scenic and the whole experiment was wonderful. We highly recommend staying at Swaying Palms and our hosts Dylan and Terry were excellent.

Beautiful place

This is an amazing property. Everything was very clean and the grounds are well kept. The property owner was great with communication and anything we needed during our stay. We went kayaking, paddle boarding, and relaxed on the beach and in the plunge pool. You have as much privacy as you want, or you can be social and visit with your neighbors. We will definitely be back!

Beach Escape

Would highly recommend; The owner was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is simply amazing... breakfast overlooking the beach every morning, chairs / umbrella setup by the beach daily for you and all the beach items you would want in great shape for your use (paddle boards/kayaks etc). The units are very well maintained... Perfect for an intimate get-away!

Special beach location.

Great location. Next time I plan on taking kite boarding lessons 👍👍. Really felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The management was beyond accommodating. We had a small drip in our kitchen sink and it got repaired immediately. Awesome romantic spot.

Stunning Views!!

We’ve been to Turks and Caicos several times and Swaying Palms is BY FAR our absolute favorite spot on the island!! We highly recommend these Bungalows and the owners couldn’t be more kind and hospitable if they tried. They’re generosity, impeccable homes, and the BREATHTAKING views are all You will need for the perfect trip! We walked along the beach for 2 minutes to the restaurants at Shore Club for dinner, made breakfast at the bungalow in the morning and went out for lunch each day. It couldn’t be a better spot! We will be back to this Bungalow every time we come to Turks!

Perfection

We cannot recommend this place more highly. We rented Swaying Palms Bungalow #2, and we both rated this bungalow the very best beachfront space we have ever rented. If you are a couple who wants to spend some special time together, this is it. We have been to lots of beachfront accommodations, but this one is extra. Give yourselves a break, and book it today. You will not regret it.

Perfect Private Escape!

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we said goodbye to this beautiful place! This was more like a five star resort then a traditional VRBO. Terry was extremely helpful and the staff there were all very nice. It felt like we have the beach and place to ourselves. The layout and construction of the individual bungalows was top notch. Everything you need and more. Thank you for allowing us to escape for a week!! We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Romantic luxury at it's finest!

We were blown away by this property! It's private, yet close to everything. Gorgeous teal blue water, you can wade for over a mile! The bungalow was lovely and had everything we could want. One day we paddled a tandem kayak to a Tiki bar anchored off shore. Kite-boarders were colorful and fun to watch. We rented a vehicle for our stay--needed for shopping. Dylan was terrific, very responsive to any request. Our honeymoon was perfect. We are planning to return to Swaying Palms in the future!

Heaven on Earth…

This villa is absolutely perfect. Romantic, cozy, and absolutely everything you would need while on vacation. Sun, pool, beach.. Dylan and Terry were beyond helpful with absolutely every aspect of the trip… They even went above and beyond to help make the trip even more romantic by placing rose pedals on the bed in a heart shape. I ordered pedals from local florist but they delivered them to villa in a box so Dylan and Terry took the initiative to set it up. There’s so much I want to say about this villa, but only way to truly understand, it’s a must to experience. You won’t regret it!

Serene location with an amazing island vibe

Though there were bungalows near us, we felt secluded. Like we have our own private place on the beach. Right on the beach. beautiful grounds. Everything was spot on. We are already making plans to go back. This was our 5th trip to TCI and our first at Swaying Palms. we will stay there again.

A little bit of heaven on earth!

If you are looking to stay at the most romantic place in Turks, look NO FURTHER! My husband and I stayed here for 8 wonderful days celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! It was absolutely breathtaking! We stayed in villa #2. It was super private with an amazing view of the beach and the best breeze that constantly flowed throughout the entire bungalow all day and night! The plunge pool is nice and big and it adds yet another level of romance to the bungalow! The covered patio has a plush round patio daybed with a direct view of the beach. We actually slept outside on it a couple of nights. There is a gas grill with a very nice table and chair set on the lower patio area that offers a direct view of the beach as well. The inside of the bungalow is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything that you can imagine. All of the doors slide open which allows an amazing open air concept. There are beautiful wooden shutters throughout that you can open and close. We were pleasantly pleased and surprised by all of the details that were put into designing and stocking the bungalow. They left no stone unturned! The property is extremly tranquil and so pretty and it breeds romance! It also has an outdoor shower that was to die for. This bungalow lacked nothing and the pictures don't do it any justice! It's 10x's more than what you see on the pictures and 10x's more than what you can even imagine! "B" was one of the ground keepers. He cleaned our pool daily, swept up the entire outside area each morning, set up our beach chairs and umbrella right in front of the beach. He would cut down coconuts for us each day if we asked for fresh coconut water. The grounds were immaculate the entire time! We took some time while we were out driving around to look at some of the other rental properties and resorts on the island and although some of them were really nice NONE of them could compare to our bungalow! Lastly, the icing on the cake was the amazing owners of this property! They greeted us so kindly upon our arrival and was super responsive all throughout the entire process! They were always there to answer our many questions and to share good information with us! They are truly good people with a heart of hospitality! I feel so Blessed that we were able to have such an indescribable experience !! Thanks Terry and Dylan for everything!!!

Stunning property and location

First class Everything in a private setting. Every detail was thoroughly thought through. The bungalows are to die for and the splash pool is amazing. We doesn’t a good portion of our time in that. There are nine units but they all have privacy because of the well done landscaping and foliage. Everything is meticulous from the front gate to the front door of the bungalow. We have been on the island six times and this is by far the best facility to date. They even have a nice workout center which you would not anticipate with a small high end facility like this. The pictures do not do it justice. You will absolutely be amazed. Lastly, it’s family owned and they are so amazingly responsive and invested in your time on their property. Anything and everything was taken care of by Terry At a moments notice

Swaying Palms

We had such an incredible time staying at the Swaying Palms (we stayed in Villa #2) - we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a friendlier/more helpful staff. The place was perfect - it had two outdoor showers to clean off after an ocean dip (we especially loved the coconut tree shower!), washer/dryer, full kitchen (stocked with ice and blender to make our own frozen drinks), private plunge pool to cool off during the day and gaze up at the stars at night, and floor to ceiling glass doors that fully opened up to feel the breeze even while inside. Located just a short walk from the restaurants at the Shore Club and right next to kite surfing and jet ski rentals (loved taking jet ski out to the floating tiki bar and shipwreck). Terry, the manager, was super responsive and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. While Long Bay Beach is certainly more secluded/much less developed than Grace Bay, the latter was only a 15 minute taxi ride away ($10pp each way). Needless to say, we absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

We added a night, so…

Dylan was in touch after we arrived even before we checked in. He was very helpful and accommodating our entire stay and allowed us to pay fir an additional night to extend our stay. The villa is on the southeastern end of the island away from the touristy area but a short drive to it if that’s where you want to be…perfect location, very secluded villa even though there are 8 other units on the property, very clean, very quiet minus the sounds of the beach. Only having an air conditioner in the bedroom was not an issue at all as we got chilled at night with it on. We will be back!

Best Vacation for our Anniversary

We spent a week at Swaying Palms and it was above and beyond our expectations! When we arrived Dylan was there to greet us and show us around. I even made the comment that the bungalow was more amazing than the pictures online. We enjoyed every minute there! It was so peaceful and serene. Only suggestion, stay as long as you can, it’s completely worth it! We usually don’t go to the same place twice but we will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The place was very clean (like new), convenient, great amenities (gym, kayak, outdoor showers, private pools in each bungalow, good kitchen etc.), private and breathtaking landscaping and views. Beautiful beach,pictures don’t do justice. Perfect for a couple getaway. Not sure if it was just when we were there but this side of the island was very windy but still very hot.
