It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood next to Foxglenn Park yet just a 5 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. Flagstaff is the perfect base camp for seeing all of Northern Arizona. Enjoy the outdoors, Summer Festivals, Winter Skiing at AZ Snowbowl or Arizona Nordic Village or just kick back and relax in the mountains. The Spring Meadows Town Home is the perfect spot to enjoy your vacation!

This town home is in a small town home community in central Flagstaff. It is located right across the street from Foxglenn Park which hosts Summer Festivals and has a popular playground, skate park, picnic areas, fields and more!

The town home has lots of windows and vaulted ceilings so the space is light and bright. Upstairs are two master suites, one with a queen bed and a double fold out couch and the other with a double and a twin. The queen bedroom has a comfy, charming window nook to enjoy the sunshine.

There is a small, fully enclosed back yard to enjoy the mountain air and use the BBQ with supplied propane.

There is a two car garage and up to two vehicles are allowed at the home, there is no on street parking. All vehicles must fit in the garage.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
There is a portable A/C unit in the primary bedroom that will keep the bedroom cool. It will not cool the entire home or keep the entire 2nd floor cool. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month.
