Legacy Park is a community of upscale, very spacious and executive-style vacation homes situated just 10 minutes drive from the main gate of Disney World, 20 minutes from SeaWorld, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Restaurants, take-aways, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, shopping malls and other entertainment are also close by. Also keen golfers will love the choice of 8 golf courses up to championship level very close by. For your convenience complimentary wi-fi and a baby package are provided. Villa Description

This villa has a South West facing aspect thus getting the sun all day. There is an exceptionally private 30 X 15 foot pool and Jacuzzi (may be heated at request for a cost) looking onto conservation so there are no rear neighbours, and there are privacy hedges to the side offering yet more seclusion. There are plenty of recliners to soak up the wonderful Florida sunshine or retreat to the table and chairs under the covered lanai for some welcome shade. A pool fence is provided for children’s safety or it can be rolled away. If you get up early you can watch hot air balloons drift silently over the pool in the morning, an awesome site close up. At the end of the day relax on the floodlit deck and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 (12 with sofa bed) with three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two additional bedrooms sharing the fourth bathroom. This is ideal for two or three families, or a typical party of grandparents, parents and children. One of the master suites is located on the ground floor so ideal for those with limited mobility.

A choice of living areas provide plenty of space even for larger parties to find a spot of their own or congregate to share the days great memories. The game room and chill out zone are both great options for teenagers and the young at heart. The private pool and spa with woodland views are the icing on the cake!

The formal living area at the front of the house is a delightfully furnished room where you can enjoy some relaxation time after a busy day at the parks. There is also a family informal living area to the rear of the house which is a brightly lit living space for all the family to enjoy, complete with a 65” flat screen HD TV & DVD. Patio doors lead out from this room to the pool area.

There is both a formal dining area, ideal for a more formal meal with dining table and chairs that seats six, and also a more informal breakfast nook which is a second dining area that looks on to the pool area and also seats six.

The loft or chill out zone offers the third living room upstairs on the large landing area. In here there is a TV, gaming system, and board games and plenty of comfortable seating.

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee machine, toaster and fridge freezer. All cutlery, tableware, utensils and linens are provided. Just off the kitchen is a walk in pantry with plenty of storage space. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer, iron & ironing board.

Finally on the ground floor the large double garage has been converted into a games room, equipped with a pool table, air hockey table and 2 arcade systems. Perfect for all the family to congregate in after a day at the parks.

Bedroom Description

The ground floor master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, TV, radio alarm, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and sink and also has access to the pool area from the bathroom.

The upper floor master bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, radio alarm, en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower cubicle, WC and double sink and also has a walk in closet.


The two twin bedrooms both have two twin beds, TV, and a walk in closet. Roku device's in all rooms. These bedrooms have a shared bathroom with twin sinks, bath with shower and WC. There is an additional cloakroom with basin and WC downstairs and bed linens, towels and hair dryers are provided – less to pack!

For your security and peace of mind the villa has a monitored alarm system and a wall-mounted safe.

Notes on prices:
Pool and spa heating is optional. If required it is $40 (plus tax) per day for both. Pool and spa heating must be purchased 48 hours before arrival in order for the property manager to be notified to turn it on . The purchase of pool and spa heat is for the duration of the stay.

The home is designed for families and the owner will not accept private parties or functions.
