Beauty in The Pines! 95 Columbia Avenue is beautifully furnished and offers all the comforts of home! This property is all on one level and offers a master suite with double sink vanity bath and shower plus three bedrooms and two more full baths. Wireless Internet, parking for 5 cars and on the quiet side of town in The Pines of Rehoboth. Available all year round - full weeks in summer or any time in the off season! Why not sit by the fireplace watching the 60 inch TV in the living room and enjoy an off-season holiday or weekend at the beach! Pets permitted with fee and Addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Sorry, no cats.
Guests pay a $175 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. The home was clean and overall well cared for. The back porch is perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying the quiet mornings. The front porch is also nice to enjoy the wooded area across the street. Great Vintage Cottage With Interior Upgrades

Reviewer Comments: We love the woods and north end of the beach best!Front yard is on a road that gets major traffic so may be a consideration for some looking for more quiet.Parking permits are much appreciated by this owner and most useful for parking and unloading beach items for the day.The house is spacious and the kitchen is stocked with most all you need to cook a couple meals.We will definitely be returning next year!

Perfect Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great beach house. Looks like classic beach cottage on the outside but inside is all redone and updated. Great layout with 4 bedrooms - 2 on each side of the house with 3 full bathrooms. Amazing large back screened in porch with smaller front screened in porch with deck off of back. If you have dogs, there is NOT a fenced in backyard but a good size backyard with a pinewood park right across the street. The park has two to three walking paths. Cut through the park and within 2 blocks, you are in downtown Rehoboth. Leave house and go right and within 4 blocks you are at Cultured Pearl and Dogfish Brewerly. Leave house and go left and within 4 blocks you are at the beach. Parking for 5 vehicles easily. Well equipped. We love this house.

For some in our group ,the permit allows them to park closer to the beach and enjoy the activities with family.We will certainly be returning.

Great house!

We came to Rehoboth for a fall wedding. This house is great. Well appointed, clean, modern kitchen/bathrooms and decor. There are two porches - one in front and one in back - that we used often. We had two dogs and there are two sets of doors in front and back so no chance a dog could run out of the house. Across the street is a park with a dog path that our dogs loved. Took them there every day for a good 15:00 loop. We will definitely rent there again. Great parking space - enough for 5 cars easily.

Perfect size for us

We enjoyed the house. Love that the bedrooms are split (two on one side, two on the other). The back porch was our main hangout area. The kitchen is large with lots of storage but awkward to cook in. The stove and sink have a large island that separates them, so difficult (especially with a 2 and 4 year old under foot) to get from the stove to the sink. It is after summer, so maybe things are given a good cleaning after this but the place had dirty lampshades and the was a large hairball in one of the bedroom. Overall, though, it was a great place and we would consider staying, again.

Great vacation home

We had ten people (ages 1-70) stay in this home for a week vacation and it suited everyone perfectly! The table and back porch allowed us to enjoy family time & dinners without running out of room. Super convenient location. Kim was awesome to work with!

The layout of the home was perfect for kids and parents on one side of the house and grandparents on the other. The home was clean and well appointed with cooking supplies. Location was a quick walk through the park to Rehoboth Ave. Loved the large screened porch on the back of the home. Perfect spot to read and have your morning coffee. Lovely Thanksgiving Holiday

This property was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. It was walking distance from the main street in town, had a beautiful kitchen for cooking and was spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped at all. Would definitely go back again.

We have been vacationing in Rehoboth Beach for years and this was the cleanest house that we have ever rented. The home comfortably accommodated our four adults and four kids, the front porch was great for storing our beach gear, and the large back porch was a perfect hang out spot. The owner and Gallo also allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this rental.

We loved the property. It was walkable to everything. Columbia Ave is a busier road FYI- more for families with small children. Not an issue for us. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We were fortunate to have beautiful weather in April and took full advantage of the screened in porch! It's very easy to walk to everything in Rehoboth. My only problem with the location is there are no sidewalks. We had small children who had brought their bikes and it just wasn't safe. After lots of walks we realized there are no sidewalks in this part of Rehoboth. Everything else was perfect!

Charming and spacious

We liked the size of the house, plenty of bedrooms(4) and 3 bathrooms, with a modern cottage feel. The dining room and kitchen are part of an open floor plan, which made it perfect to have family meals (- and have our "offices" set up , for any zoom meetings that couldn't avoid). We especially loved relaxing on the screened in porch - that was where we spent most of our time! The location is lovely, and quiet, with plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again!
