*There are 2 houses on this property. This listing is for the front house (1 house) only. The yard, patio and pool are located between the 2 houses. The back house (other house) is rented separately to other groups of Guests. The back house is not included in this rental. The yard, patio and pool are available to all Guests in both spaces. There may be interaction with other Guests outside of your private space. We ask all of our Guests to be kind and courteous to all while staying at our Property. And move inside after dark. Two story home with open concept living and kitchen keeps your group together. A large kitchen island with 6 stools as well as a small kitchen table provide the perfect areas for collaboration/work, dining, playing a game and/or socializing.


Downstairs:
Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 1 single day bed
Master bathroom: bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks
Guest room #1: 1 queen bed (This room has the french doors with blinds for privacy)
Guest room #2: 1 full bed, 2 twin beds (bunk bed)
Half-bathroom
Living room: 2 couches and a large TV. The TV is equipped with Amazon Fire TV that streams Netflix and other content. No cable TV.
Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dinnerware.

Parking: Our street requires residential permit parking. We have hang tags for 2 vehicles to park on the street in front of the house during the stay. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked 1 or 2 blocks east where there is no residential permit parking.

Furnishings and amenities will be as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. Items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
