Charming Lewes Home - Perfect for Groups + Families!

Grab your friends and family to spend time at this newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Lewes! Right across the street from Crooked Hammock and a bike ride away from the beach – you’re minutes away from wherever you want to go!

UPDATED FEATURES FOR THE SEASON:
- ALL brand new windows installed!
- Brand new sliding glass door for easy access to back patio
- Brand new window treatments!
- Upon booking, we have a newly updated 2026 guide to the beach with some pro tips do what the locals do!

There are TWO family gathering spaces! The first is an incredible great room with high ceilings, plenty of seating, and a TV. The second space is a family room with a sleeper sofa for some extra guests! The dining room seats 6-10 with a beautifully refinished, locally made table. The kitchen space has plenty of cabinet room and new appliances. The second floor has 4 spacious bedrooms: 1 king master suite, 2 queens and two twins in the final bedroom. Lastly, there is a full service laundry room to use during your stay with plenty of space, ironing board and iron.

This location boasts a large backyard and sideyard as well as plenty of parking (approximately 5 spaces). This is the perfect spot for a bachelorette party or a large multi-family gathering!

Our family business operates in the back of the property in a separate building but it will absolutely not affect your stay!

Very spacious beach house!

We had a great stay! Though we were a bit surprised at needing to bring our own linens it wasn't a problem. The house is very spacious and cozy and close the beach and Lewes restaurants.

Relaxing beach trip with the family!

This house has lots of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. It’s a nice location, close to Cape Henlopen State Park. The only thing that would have made it even better would be for there to be a grill and fire pit near the outdoor space.

Great Space and Location

Chose this rental for annual girls’ weekend. The location was central—easy access to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Exceptionally clean with plenty of space. Felt like being at home. Highly recommend!

Plenty of space

Plenty of space for guests. Older house but some decent upgrades. Kitchen is spacious but could be little better outfitted if you’re wanting to do lots of cooking instead of eating out. Owner was very responsive to messages and let us check in early. Good location.

Home away from home

Although we did not use it, this place had all the things we would need in order to have a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for what we needed and the house had ample room for a short family trip. Thanks so much Katie!

The access information to unlock the door did not work. Check-in time was 4:00 pm, we got there at 3:56 pm...could not get in, tried 4, 5, 6 more times after 4:00 pm and it still did not work. Luckily, the backdoor was left open. Sent an email requesting a phone call, no response. The door finally worked on Sunday when we checked it again. The fact that we cannot contact someone easily was very disappointing.

Hi Carla! Thanks for your feedback. I reviewed the VRBO platform messages and my personal text messages and it appears that I responded to all your correspondence same day! I frankly don't know what you're referring to - if you are not using the VRBO platform or my personal phone number I'm not quite sure how else I could have better communicated with you. If nothing else, I am extremely responsive and communicative as my other reviews would indicate. Also - the access code was used every day of your stay so there was no day that keypad access was unavailable to you. Sorry for the miscommunication but I am genuinely confused!

Clean, comfortable and cool. Quiet, even though on busy highway to Cape May Ferry. Two big TV’s great with game-playing teens.

Nice house, clean with plenty of space to spread out!!

Came to Lewes to visit our nieces who are lifeguarding locally for the summer. Decided it would be a great place to visit, while spending some time w/ our nieces. The area has so much to offer, and the little town of Lewes is so beautiful! Wish the weather could have been better (rainy, windy & cold) during our stay, we would’ve gotten out to see & do more!

Lovely!

Great beach house! Easy drive to most things, and perfect size for a larger group of 8ish. Overall accomodations are less than other locations, but the host is very upfront about this and the house is priced appropriately. Lack of curtains in the bedrooms and a very difficult to open back patio door were the only noteable disappointments. Would absolutely stay here again.

Huge, Clean, and Perfect Location!

We attended a family wedding in the area this weekend and this house was exactly what we needed. There were 8 adults and we had tons of space to spread out. Great location to stores and restaurants. We had dinner at the Crooked Hammock across the street and it was perfect. The owner, Katie, responded to my questions within minutes of me sending a message. She was great to work with. We would stay there again.

Great Rental

We rented from Katie for our annual Ladies' shopping trip to the outlets. The rental was just as advertised and Katie was quick to reply and very helpful. Katie provided everything that we needed and we had a great time. The rental is plenty room and laid out nicely for enjoying family time. We would definitely recommend this rental to others.
