Calling all outdoor enthusiasts! At Manatee Manor, enjoy parking for six cars, a fenced yard, outdoor shower, fire pit, basketball, tetherball, giant connect four, and horseshoes. It's the ultimate blend of relaxation and recreation!

Indoors, the lower level boasts a game room with a wet bar, laundry, and a half bath. Entertainment options include bumper pool, pinball, a Ninja Turtle arcade, and a TV. Kids of all ages can enjoy the cozy space with a futon and bunk overhead. The wet bar, equipped with a full-sized fridge, caters to any grocery overflow. Sliding glass doors lead to the lower deck and fenced side yard, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.

Heading upstairs, you'll find two large decks and a screened porch. The sunroom has a dining table, game shelf, and space for twin beds. In the great room, there's a cozy living area with a large TV and plenty of seating. Three bedrooms are up here: one with a bunk bed and a chair that turns into a twin, another with a queen bed, and the master with a queen bed, adjustable frame, and French doors to a private deck with bay views.
