Luxury new town home located at the base of the Beaver Creek Mountain and Resort. Fully outfitted with everything needed for an active, amazing and completely relaxed vacation, including bicycles in the garage! Fully decked out with all the comforts of life: gourmet kitchen, etc... Ski/Walk to gondola and bike or walk right onto the Famous Eagle Valley trail which runs right past our home. Hiking trailheads are just minutes away, as we are right along the mountainside. Or, try your luck fishing on Beaver Creek, which is also right next to our home. Or, do nothing at all and just enjoy the creek and mountain views form one of our three large terraces and cuddle up around the fireplace to relax after a fun-filled day of activities. This luxury townhome is truly outfitted with state-of-the-art everything: kitchen, stereo system and large screen TV's, and has everything your family needs to pack days (and nights) full of fun and adventure, while relaxing as desired in a serene, beautiful, perfectly located mountainside vacation home.

Excellent location! Convenient for walking to over 15 restaurants and a 3 minute walk to free shuttle service to Beaver Creek shopping and then Ritz Carlton.Kitchen complete with items and host very responsive.

Fantastic Property!

Beautiful place to stay for a family ski trip. Rental was spotless and had a well equipped kitchen. Short walk to gondola or shuttle service. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful Trip

Gorgeous townhome, great location . Host was Extremely accommodating quick to respond. Our family stayed for Christmas ski vacation and it was truly a wonderful time. The views from the windows are breathtaking, the home is decorated in high end Furnishings and linens. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, Would stay again. Thank you Dana

The PERFECT Avon/Beaver Creek Base Camp

Base Camp is the perfect name for this gem of a property. We set up here for 2 weeks and it was the perfect jumping off point for skiing Beaver Creek (very short walk to the Riverfront Gondola!), exploring Avon and the Eagle River, and a quick jaunt to Vail. The house was absolutely spotless upon our arrival. The views out the back windows of Game Creek Bowl and the Eagle River are even better than the pictures in the listing. Furnishings are all high quality, bathrooms are large and well appointed, bedding is very comfortable and the windows in this place are just breathtaking. Our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 toddlers) loved being able to spread out across all 3 floors of the home. For the convenience, amenities, design and comfort, this place is an incredible value. The homeowner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay in Avon

We booked this townhouse for a month mid summer 2021. Although we were a bit concerned due to the lack of previous guests (the property is extremely new), my interactions with the owner Dana gave me tremendous confidence that we had made the right choice. The townhouse is in immaculate condition with all high end furniture and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. After just a couple of days we felt like this was our home. The location is also perfect as it is ten minutes from Beaver Creek Village, Vail and Edwards. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to an emergency at home but I cannot express how perfect our choice was. We can't wait to come back again next year.

Perfect

I was slightly hesitant to book this property because it didn't have many reviews. However, this property looks every bit as beautiful as the pictures and is in a perfect location. We were able to take a scenic walk/hike to Beaver Creek Village(a little over 2 miles) and walk to many restaurants in Avon. It was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Also, it has a/c which was needed as the days were hot during our stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

We are a New York-based international couple with two grown sons and a 10th grade daughter who is in high school in Manhattan. Our Beaver Creek/Avon home is our dream retreat which we plan on using for retirement once are daughter leaves for college, and currently use for family vacations and weekend getaways throughout the year. We’ve created a space we want to live in long-term and hope you’ll love it as much. Nestled at the base of the mountain, we love listening to the creek as it runs by our large picture windows. We love the active and outdoorsy life and retreating to the mountains for skiing, hiking, biking, golf, or tennis or horseback riding is the perfect getaway from the hustle and noise of New York City. But, we chose this home for ourselves because while we want to be in the middle of nature and enjoy our active sporty retreat we also love convenience and of course the fabulous Western and Tex Mex and fine dining the towns of Avon, Vail, and Beaver Creek have to offer. The best of both worlds! We truly love retreating to our Mountain Home and sincerely hope you will as well!

Home is also conveniently located by all fabulous Western and Tex Mex fine dining and shopping in the towns of Avon, Vail, and Beaver Creek. The best of all worlds!
