We stayed here with a group of friends and had a great experience overall. The condo was super clean and exactly as advertised, with convenient parking right outside. The hot tub is a bit of a walk and can be cold in the winter. If you plan on cooking, bring your own basics like foil, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and paper towels, we also brought our own detergent for the washer and dryer. The walls between units are a little thin, so just be mindful of noise. It’s also a bit of a walk into town, which our group didn’t mind and actually enjoyed.

Nice location with great site amenities; mini golf, pool and hot tubs. It's a little bit a walk to downtown - don't be fooled. The unit itself needs updating! Very basic and less in-room amenities than a hotel room. Was rather disappointed compared to other rentals I've stayed in. I would not stay here again.

Oktoberfest Vacay

The vacation rental was everything we needed-enough space for 4 adults, full kitchen, fireplace, and a short walk to town or even shorter walk/run to the park nearby that is along the river. Great location and quiet! Highly recommend!

Nice stay close to downtown

Great location

This place was a perfect location for us and the pool definitley makes it worth it! Besides a couple things, like the recliner chair one arm is broken and The lamp in the bedroom is missing the knob for switch. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Location

What a cute condo located in Icicle Village. I love that the Bavarian village is within walking distance, as it's just under a mile. We could stroll down for dinner and shopping without paying for parking. We did not get a chance to enjoy the resort amenities, but I hope to return so we can. The condo was comfortable and immaculate.

Perfect for my needs

Not a place where you come to work from home, definitely just a crash pad where you can cook. Kitchen is well stocked, bring your own liners/foil for pans though. Bed was soft and cozy but my back did hurt on the second night. Heater/fireplace worked alright.

Location and amenities were great. The actual condo was poor. Bed was bumpy, shower did not drain well, and the furniture was old and over used.

Condo is comfortable and well situated. You can walk everywhere and perfect for a couple. Only small thing it needs a kettle and they didn’t have soap for the dishwasher. I called on Friday as soon we checked in to report it and never got any when we left on Friday. Was told on Saturday evening the dishwasher soap would be under the sink which was not there and I had already checked when I checked in. The hot tub was greatly enjoyed.

Don’t stay here!!!

This condo does NOT come with AC or heat! Our condo was 81 degrees out entire stay with no AC. Furniture was very uncomfortable and old. Not worth the stay as you couldn’t enjoy it!!

Housekeeping fail

Location was great. The suite was as advertised, except for the fact that it had a double bed, not a queen, which was a bummer. Housekeeping left us a pile of dirty towels and a full bag of garbage, including a rotten pumpkin.

Awesome deal, some things left to be desired

Loved having a full kitchen, very private location, easy parking access. Hot tub was not clean when we visited, unfortunate as that was a deciding factor in choosing icicle village for our stay. The bed is, as most reviews say, very uncomfortable. Back-sleepers beware! Ultra soft mattress without much of another option.

No Air Conditioning

At the time of booking (6/27/24) I believe AC was listed as one of the Amenities, it looks like the listing has been edited since and AC has been removed. It looks like they had some work done to the outdoor condensing unit on 7/10/24 (written on the unit with a sharpie) but I guess that didn’t fix the issue. Notification that the AC was broken would have been nice.

Do not stay here. This was a horrible experience and the customer service at Vacasa, who this is booked through, were awful and unhelpful. The AC was broken, they said they would bring fans. I never heard from anyone. The furniture is old (still), lumpy bed and a broken arm on a chair. The cleanliness was horrid. Huge carpet stains everywhere, the photos are cleverly taken to hide these but I didn’t feel comfortable being barefoot nor having my young son crawl around. It was unsafe with the stains and all the caked on dust that could be found near the baseboards and corners of the rooms. Clearly not cleaned in maybe…ever. I ended up needing to find a new place to stay because it was not safe for my son and my family with how gross and dirty and hot it was in this unit. I can’t emphasize enough to look somewhere else.

Nice and quiet but small and air conditioner didn’t work well.

The location and variety of activities were awesome. On the other hand the bathtub had a couple of hairs in it so not too clean. We turned the air conditioner on and kept it on 24/7 and set it to 68 degrees but the condo wouldn’t get any cooler then 74 degrees so apparently it’s broken. Opened up the bedroom window and took the fans out of the closet to run that and that helped a little. Very small place but comfortable except the temp. We would not stay there again unless we knew the air conditioner was fixed. There was also a giant brown spider that crawled on the living room floor so need to spray. I hate spiders (creepy). We enjoyed the quiet. Some of the channels that said they would work didn’t. Overall, we still had a good time and had some peace and quiet. Just to let you know they have a coffee pot but there is no Keurig. In the washer and dryer is super small so you have to do about a half a load or a third of a load.

The condo is a three block walk from the main drag in Leavenworth, with a completely functional kitchen, and a nice fireplace.
