That’s certainly not how we wanted this condo’s introduction to our rental portfolio to start. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we regret that anything was overlooked. While we believe the coffee may have been left by our cleaner rather than a previous guest, that’s not the first impression we want for our guests. We appreciate you bringing the missed spill and other issues to our attention, and if you’d like to send us the photos, we’d be happy to address them promptly with our team.
