This property was perfect for our family of 5. Right on the beach with an amazing balcony! They provided a beach cart which was so helpful. Only suggestion would be hand soap in bathrooms and dish soap in the kitchen, but other than that it was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay...again!

Property was very clean and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay. 10 out of 10. They could take it to the next level if they offered beach towels and a small stash of spices, coffee, coffee filters etc but they were clear, post booking, that those things are not included, and that you must supply your own. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice Place

This was a really nice and spacious condo. The big balcony/deck was really nice too. My wife and I sat out there every morning and drank coffee. The 2 pre rented beach chairs along with the pull cart was an added plus. Probably the only negative for the whole trip would be the tight little parking garage but after a few times in/out you start to get the hang of it.

Wonderful unit. Clean, bright and fresh! The kitchen through the open concept living area was very spacious. The furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is huge. Would stay here again for sure. 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful Condo in Great Location

The condo is very well appointed and maintained, with beautiful decor, comfortable bedding and like new appliances. The views are stunning and the access to the pool and beach is super convenient. The only drawback here is the design of the parking deck which makes the ramps very difficult to navigate. I wouldn’t want an inexperienced or senior driver to even try!

Roomy, clean, well managed and an oversized balcony which became our favorite place to be!

We love this condo! The location is close to all amenities in the area yet when you sit on the oversized balcony with the beautiful blues and greens of the water, the white sand and the gorgeous sunsets, you feel cocooned from the rest of the world. The furniture and beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and you have everything you need to feel at home. We stayed a month and will be back next year! We had questions regarding the area and about the living room ceiling fan and the management company responded swiftly and efficiently and checked with us later to ensure everything was going well. Everything you could want for a stress free vacation!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The only minor complaint would be that the place needs a bigger water heater. Cold showers aren't fun.

The condo and Greta's Rentals were wonderful. Out of their control were the constant issues with the elevators. I strongly would urge a lower floor rental or to check with the property iyself on the condition of them before you go.Our condo was exactly as shown and it was a wonderful place. Greta's Rentals had everything to us that we needed and even followed up quickly with a question we had that was out of their wheelhouse. We most appreciate all of it.

Beautiful View and Great Location for Teens

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1604 Ocean Reef. The pics are accurate and the balcony views are spectacular. Our teens liked that they could walk to so many fun places: putt putt, Alvins for tshirts, and Sharkey's for dinner were their favorites. My husband and I really enjoyed the Saltwater Grill, which is a short drive down 98. Even the burgers at the arcade across the street were surprisingly good! Overall a great vacation and we were very pleased with the customer service and communications with Greta's Rentals. We'll be back!

Once you stay here you'll never want to stay anywhere else!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year at what we now consider our winter vacation home. Each year we have extended our stay and enjoyed every minute of our 11 week stay this year. The condo is spacious, nicely appointed and the balcony is our favorite spot with comfortable chairs and foot stools, a couch and table and chairs. It is where we spend all our time - oftentimes even when it is raining. The ocean waves lull me to sleep and the nights on the balcony make me feel like it is my own private beach with the most beautiful star filled sky.The office, maintenance and security staff are always available, professional and helpful and the condo has everything we could possibly need. It is located perfectly for easy access to shopping, post office, restaurants, etc. and the beach is gorgeous. Being at the end of the line of hotels and condos makes the beach much less inhabited. The pools and hot tub are well maintained and with 3 elevators you don't have to wait more than a minute or 2. Owners and snowbirds like us at the property are friendly and it is not a loud environment. I can't say enough about Ocean Reef and Greta Rentals. We're already booked for next year!

Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 has been staying at Ocean Reef Condos for several years now. This was by far our favorite unit so far! Perfect views, easy to get to restaurants, puttputt and water activities right in front of condo. Plenty of space in kitchen to put away grocery’s and not have clutter everywhere. Comfortable seating in living room. My only critiques are the guest bedroom needs a black out curtain, the sun comes up on that side and my kids were up way too early for vacation. Second the master bed might need replaced, the bed was so soft and worn that it was hard to not get stuck in the ruts of the bed. But even with those 2 issues we absolutely love this unit and will be back next year.
