This stunning three-bedroom, three-bath condo is perfect for year-round adventure and is ideally located in the heart of Kings Beach, just west of Kings Beach State Park. With luxury amenities, serene natural finishes, and breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, it's the ultimate mountain getaway.
As you head upstairs to the main living area on the second floor, you'll discover an open and spacious design that's perfect for relaxing or entertaining. High ceilings and bright pops of color enhance the stunning lake views visible through the great room's expansive windows.

The kitchen features a granite island with breakfast bar seating, high-end stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. The living area offers ample seating, including a sleeper sofa, and is equipped with a smart TV and cable. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a deck with an outdoor living space, a natural-gas grill (available summer seasonally), and unobstructed views of Lake Tahoe.

The primary suite on the third floor is a luxurious retreat, featuring a wall of windows that showcase spectacular lake views. It includes a king-size bed, a smart TV with cable, and a spacious walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, a stand-up shower, and an oversized soaking tub. On the ground level, you'll find two welcoming bedrooms. The first is a kid-friendly room that includes a double bed and a twin trundle, while the second is a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a stand-up shower. A guest bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located between the two rooms. Rounding out the space is an in-unit washer and dryer and air conditioning throughout the condo.

During the summer, step out to one of Lake Tahoe's best beaches, located just steps from your door. This private beach area includes lounge chairs and an outdoor gas fireplace. Watercraft and bike rentals are available next door, and a 9-hole golf course, ranked among the best in America, is just 2 minutes away. North Tahoe Regional Park, only 6 minutes away, offers tennis, pickleball, and zip lines. In the winter, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the slopes, with Northstar just 6 miles away, Diamond Peak 8 miles away, and Palisades 16 miles away. Sledding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing are also nearby at North Tahoe Regional Park.

The condo has two dedicated parking spaces.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
