All of our homes are equipped with Wi-Fi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

Four Seasons Community
• Guests must check in at the clubhouse to retrieve their rental brochure and parking pass
• Clubhouse Hours Mem-Labor Day: M-F 8:00 am-6:00 pm, Sat-Sun 10:00 am-4:00; Off-season M-F 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Sat-Sun 10:00 am- 4:00 pm (hours subject to change)
• No glass bottles, no smoking, and no pets permitted in the pool enclosure
• Shuffleboard, tetherball, and cornhole are available Memorial Day-Labor Day
• Trolley is available Memorial Day-Labor Day, Monday-Friday*-hours are subject to change, so guest is advised to check with clubhouse upon arrival.
• Clubhouse, fitness rooms, tennis courts, playground & basketball court are open year-round
• Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00 pm, per the Town of Duck ordinance
• Towels are NOT permitted to hang on the deck railing
• Signs and banners are prohibited
• Parking on the street is prohibited
• Golf carts must be parked in a designated parking space and display a registration sticker provided at the clubhouse. Carts parked on the grass or roadside are subject to towing.
• The trash vendor will not remove large trash items left on the street, and we will contact you, the rental company, to arrange disposal.
• Personal belongings, including beach equipment, should not be left on the beach walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance.
• There are dog bag dispensers throughout the community. Used dog bags should be discarded properly.
• Tents are NOT permitted within 50 ft. on either side of the beach access. Also, per the Town of Duck ordinance, no items will be left on the beach overnight. Items are subject to removal.
• RVs, trailers, and boats are NOT permitted within the community unless they fit COMPLETELY in the garage or carport
• Parking passes are required on Memorial Day-Labor Day when parking on common property. Towing Enforced
• There is a vendor who rolls all trash and recycling cans out to the street and then rolls the empty cans back to the house after pick-up. (Sunday & Thursday-Roll out/ Monday & Friday-Roll back) Please advise your guests not to block access to the cans, as this is the only way to ensure trash gets emptied and does not pile up for next week's guests. Cans with construction materials will NOT be emptied.
