The contemporary, open floor plan provides plenty of room to gather, while also allowing ample space for separate working and seating areas. You will have easy access to your own private dock, beautiful sunrise and sunset views, a community indoor pool and all the activities the lake offers. Even if you chose to spend a little time tele-working, Deep Creek Lake is a drivable destination and a welcome place to get away.

Situated on a point, this home is located on one of the premier lots on Deep Creek Lake. It has a wrap-around deck which offers a panoramic view of the lake. One side of the deck is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, lounge in the afternoon sun or have an evening cookout. The opposite side has a spacious conversational seating area and a 6-person hot tub. The grassy lawn boasts a volleyball net and corn hole area. After a day of fun and adventure you will have many options to wind down ~ soaking in the hot tub, toasting s'mores around the lake front fire pit or watching a beautiful sunset, just to name a few.

Rest assured, while you will fill your days enjoying the lakefront property, you will feel equally good coming inside. The large family room has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors and is a comfortable place for everyone to enjoy a movie night or play a game. The fully equipped kitchen makes the preparation of home-cooked meals easy, and there is plenty of seating with both a large dining table and a breakfast bar.

The large main-level primary suite is furnished with a king bed (K), a full desk, and a flat-screen TV. It is a separate space with windows that reveal views of Deep Creek Lake. You will love having your own private haven complete with a jetted bathtub and access to the deck.

The middle level offers a primary suite with a queen bed (Q) and two additional lakefront bedrooms each with a queen bed (Q, Q) that shares a "Jack and Jill" bath. Each of these three bedrooms has a television and is decorated with a good night's sleep in mind.

Head to the upper level to find the loft with an additional TV area that expands your living space. There is a full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed (Q) and four twin beds (4 S), making this loft the ideal hangout for the kids. They will love having an area to call their own! This level also has a den furnished with a futon which can be used as a remote working space or simply a place to take a nap.

They will deliver kayaks and paddleboards right to your door! The convenience of a private dock means you can bring your boat or wave runner or rent one from a local marina. Being on the lake is the best way to see the sights and appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

While you will feel like you are off the beaten path, the location of this home is within a ten to fifteen-minute drive of popular activities, restaurants, and attractions. There are nearby charming small towns to explore as well. Take an afternoon to visit Oakland's historic downtown where you can shop for classic vinyl, browse antique shops, visit the farmers' market, grab lunch at a retro diner or tour a restored 1884 train station.
