Enjoy the accommodations of a major resort in our comfy, large 1 bedroom + loft townhouse.

19 wooded acres including 1/4 mile of private beach. Relax in 1 of 2 hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness center & three swimming pools.

This Premium Beachfront Resort sits on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, just one mile from Heavenly and within walking distance to restaurants (from fast food to casual to fine dining) parks, shopping, and the Ski Run Marina. The location is truly unique in South Lake Tahoe with 19 wooded acres including 1000 feet of private beach. Enjoy the lake, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 lake view tennis courts, 2 saunas, fitness center and a private pier with 3 buoys.

Our warm and inviting unit has a private entrance and is away from the lobby and main building. The townhouse has a beautifully remodeled kitchen with shaker door cabinetry, slab granite counters with under mount single bowl stainless sink, stainless steel appliances including a high-quality gas cooktop, recessed lighting on dimmers and tile flooring. The living room has open beam vaulted ceilings with 2 skylights, solid surface wood flooring, large stone fireplace.

The downstairs bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a designer tile tub/shower combo and tile floors.

Free WiFi (password provided by front desk).

Towels, toiletries, hair dryer are provide, just bring some clothes and enjoy all that South Lake has to offer! We LOVE our cozy little condo and hope you will too!

Nice stay

Dated but clean. The complex has beach access but this condo is in the third row back. Easy parking. The bathroom is in need of a remodel, as the current shower setup is old and gets water everywhere. Bedding is luxurious. Air conditioning was a plus!

Vacation with mom who came in from out of town and brother

It was overall nice, it snowed, still we were close to the lake, and everything else in lake Tahoe. We were there middle of May so it did snow some, and was cloudy until the last day. I could not find a mop or a broom, still for the most part it was a pleasant stay. Not alot of people were around when we were there still it was nice regardless.

Had a lovely stay at this Lakeland Village Condo. Well appointed and situated perfectly. Agree with other reviews regarding the low lighting and unusual bathroom shower faucet but we made it work. Loft mattresses were not comfortable. The listing gave us the impression that water activity rentals were on site but the front office directed us to nearby marinas within walking distance (with a discount for resort guests). All in all, very happy with our stay.

Great experience

We loved the condo. Everything was nice and updated. The kitchen had everything one might need. The living room had a great layout and we loved sitting on the balcony. We will definitely stay there again.

Good location. Nice beach

Enjoyed our stay. Unit was nice. One bath on lower level only was a little inconvenient. Shower faucet needed repairs. The property was clean and in a good location.

Nice!

It was a really cute place! Enjoyed our time there while skiing. Only things wrong were a few small things like dishwasher not draining, weird shower, and living room was so dark we had to borrow lamps from other places. Overall, it was exactly what we needed!

Everything was as advertised. Enjoyed very much. Only suggestion is turn down the water temp and upgrade the shower knobs. Challenging to to turn on and off.

Great location and spacious condo

The place was better than the pictures, very well maintained and comfortable. The amenities were great with many pool options and a nice beach. Walkable to whole foods and a bunch of lunch and coffee options. Right on a great trail that runs along the lake. The only negative was there wasn't a lot of lighting in the family room area so it got quite dark at night. We were there early August and the place stayed very cool even on hot days.

Wonderful Development for Family

We really enjoyed our time at Lakeland village. Loved having private beach and being close to Heavenly. A few things that I would update in the unit we stayed in are the handle of shower was difficult to turn and I would replace the TV with a smart TV and guest could log into their own streaming services. Also I would replace the toaster is doesn’t stay down unless you hold it. Overall I would definitely come back here again.

Great summer stay

The location was quiet- not right next to the pool or beach. A very short walk to both. Great location- short walk, bike, or scooter to all the fun in town. Did get got upstairs in the afternoon, but cooled down quickly in the evening with the fans provided and an nice breeze from opening windows and the sliding door. The downstairs bedroom was cool and comfortable all the time. Tahoe was beautiful and we were thankful for this cozy and quiet place to rest after busy days of adventure on the lake and in the trails!

Convenient Location

Good location to walk or scooter from. No AC so the loft and living area got warm in afternoon and early evening. Some of the outlets are warm out and didn’t hold plugs very well. Also limited supply of toilet paper so had to go out to purchase on day 3 of our stay. Worked okay for 4 friends otherwise.

Great condo and location

The condo is super cute and the location is perfect! We walked to the beach every day to watch the ducks and take in the breathtaking view of Lake tahoe. The only issue we had upon check in was the heater was not on at all. It was 39 degrees in the condo (34 outside). It was late and we just wanted to get to bed. We found some space heaters, but they hardly helped. I messaged the host the next day who apologized and blamed the cleaning crew for not turning it on. Overall, great condo and hope to return in the summer!

A Fantastic July 4th!!

**5/5 Stars: A Heavenly Getaway in Tahoe** We just returned from an incredible 4-night stay at this stunning Tahoe condo. From the moment we stepped inside we knew it was gonna be a great trip. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the lake and all the action. We spent our days soaking up the sun on the beach, taking strolls around the lake, and enjoying the water and renting jet skis. The condo itself is a real showstopper. The spacious living area features a comfortable sectional sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace that adds to the cozy ambiance. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need making meal prep a breeze. But what truly sets this condo apart is its attention to detail. It’s clear that the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible We can't wait to return and experience it all again. Thank you!! Christian

Cold dark mildew

There were not enough lighting in the home We had to turn on the heater because downstairs bedroom was mildew moist smell and unpleasantly dark and cold only one bathroom not good not enough towels and shower was odd with loud fan Tv was hard to Try to figure out pillows and bed uncomfortable old mattress- Not worth it better stay at the Marriott for less money and More compfortable -vacation Very expensive and I won’t ever stay this complex or this one again it is over priced for what it is ( old dark and smelly) Not good and way too expensive Marriott down the street is cheaper and way better I don’t recommend this property to anybody

This review is unfortunately shady. This guest demanded to cancel prior to arrival with short notice. Since her full refund for short notice cancellation was not approved, she decided to write this harsh review. Please read the other reviews which are mostly 5 star. This is not a legitimate review.

Sweltering hot

This property was clean although the couch is dirty and needs to be replaced. The layout is nice with a good amount of space. No beach towels even though this is on a beach which was not good since we flew in. We were told that management had gone through several changes and that it’s a laundry issue as well so we could buy them at one of the local stores. As stated by other reviewers, The tub faucet is about to fall off and they haven’t bothered to fix it yet. The unit definitely could use some attention. The real problem was how hot the whole main floor and loft area became from mid morning until well after bed time. They did bring two box fans right after I texted but it did little to help. They sent a video on how to keep a house with no A/C cool by creating a “ wind tunnel” which was completely useless since there are only two sets of windows in the whole unit both on the same side of the house and on different floors. When I texted them that it was consistently 85-86 degrees all day long I was referred back to the useless video. We were so uncomfortable we left a day early. We asked to speak to management about getting our money back for the extra day we didn’t stay but we have not heard back after multiple emails.

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful time in South Lake Tahoe. The condo was the right size for the two of us and its location in a complex by the lake was perfect. Even though it was cold outside at times we did stand on the pier to take in the beauty of the lake and mountains. A plus was that a Whole Foods Market was right across the street and many shops and restaurants were within easy driving distance. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and well stocked with kitchen accessories which made cooking a breeze. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay in South Lake Tahoe

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in South Lake Tahoe. This condo was great! I do feel like the creative photography really embellishes the actual size of the unit. But it was fine for my family of three. Very clean, which I totally appreciate! There is only one pic of the bathroom, and it doesn't note that there is a separate door to the toilet and shower than to the sinks, nice feature worth mentioning, I think. The bathtub plug didn't plug, my son was disappointed he couldn't take a bath. Not something I felt needed contacting the owner about during our stay. Hopefully he will look into it after reading this review. I did contact the owner about the internet, which I learned is the resorts responsibility. That was the only contact necessary during my stay and he was quick to reply. Oh, and there was no coffee in the actual unit itself. Though a maker and filters. Also, worth noting because the description says there is coffee in the unit. The unit is a close to the street and a bit of a walk to the lake. But the amazing views are well worth the walk and really nothing to complain about, more of an FYI. You really couldn't have a better overall location. October is apparently the off-season in Tahoe so there was a lot of construction going on at the resort and only one pool was open during our stay. The pool was nicely heated though and comfortable even in the 70 degree weather of October. All in all, I loved the stay and would stay here again! Thank you so much!
