NEWLY UPDATED!

White Sands 417 town home is a wonderful and spacious four-bedroom, four-bath town home with private elevator.

Tremendous furnishings accentuate the open floor plan augmented by tile flooring, beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen televisions. A roomy sectional sofa provides ample seating for relaxation in the living area. Your dining experience is highlighted with plenty of seating between the dining table and breakfast bar. The contemporary kitchen offers updated appliances, cabinetry, and granite counter tops.

The main level bedroom is furnished with two full size beds and shared guest bathroom. Living space is extended with the main level Gulf view balcony which provides additional seating. The second level provides three additional bedrooms featuring a sumptuous Gulf front master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath including private balcony. Bedroom 3 has a king bed with Sound views. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and shares a full bath with bedroom 3. White Sands 417 amenities include outdoor gas grill, garage and complimentary wireless internet. Elevator goes to all floors!

Perfect house for many guests. Beautiful views

We stayed with about 8 people and the house was perfect. We personally loved and appreciated the elevator when unloading/loading cars. Would absolutely book again.

Serenity by the sea

We have stayed at this location several times. They continue to update for the renter’s convenience and pleasure. Not once did I ever say I wish it had this. Great view and convenient location. We will definitely be back again.

Very Spacious and Clean

Everyone had room to spread out and the shared bathrooms were large enough to accommodate everyone. We kept both cars in the garage which was great due to our very rainy stay. Having televisions in each bedroom kept everyone entertained while we waited out the rain. The kitchen was large with nice appliances and plenty of cookware. There were lots of beach floats and toys for us to use in the garage. The view from the balconies was amazing and we saw dolphins feeding daily. The closeness to the water was nice for the times we could go to the beach and the rinse off area was very nice as well.

Poorly Stocked with essentials

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo did not supply extra blankets or pillows. Nor were there extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels. Upstairs air conditioner was on when we arrived and was quite chilly and especially so over the vent that blew directly onto one of the beds. Also, the vent ducts were terribly dirty! Then on our last day trying to do laundry the dryer would not dry the clothes!

Property Management is great!

Reviewer Comments: We have used Paradise Beach Homes many times and always have been beyond pleased with the customer service and responsiveness if any issues arise. As far as the townhouse itself, it was clean and nice decor with the exception of the window coverings. The curtains in the living area are too small for the entire window and are sheer. The curtains in the master could be updated/new hooks/rod. The sheer curtains in the queen bedroom upstairs needs to be changed. My 24 year old daughter was very uncomfortable changing in the room at night as anyone across the street in the condos could see right in. Paradise responded quickly to provide a temporary fix to make her more comfortable.
