We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Turks and Caicos! Sammy and Mary did an outstanding job creating a true five-star vacation rental experience. The home is absolutely gorgeous, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need.The outdoor amenities were exceptional—the private pool, kayaks, and beach supplies made it so easy to relax and enjoy everything the island has to offer. Every detail has been considered, making the home both luxurious and comfortable.The décor is stunning, both inside and out, and the attention to detail truly sets this property apart. This home has everything anyone could wish for in a vacation rental. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return. We had a great time - having the house on the canal and kayaks available was awesome. The house had everything you needed and the kitchen even had storage containers.

The Hawksbill House was the perfect setting for a much needed restful vacation. Having the pool just steps from the house allowed for peaceful afternoons. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything needed for a great week. Kayaks and numerous pool toys were there for our use!Mary, Sammy, and Emiliano were great! The house was great for our family. Really enjoyed being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas were in excellent condition and very helpful. Also, Sammy was very attentive and good with communication.

The house accommodated the 5 of us well (2 adults and 3 college aged). It is in a nice neighborhood.. very pretty and fun to have the pool/ paddle boards/ kayaks. Host was responsive with questions/ concerns.

The house was great. Love that its by the canal for kayaking. It was in a great location close to restaurants/shops. Sammy and Mary were great hosts. Definitely will stay here again.

Everything was as described. We did have some issues with a leaky toilet and the dishwasher didn't work, but we didn't let these things diminish our time on the Island. Loved that we could use the kayaks and SUPs to go to the Mangroves and surrounding beaches. This was our 3rd time on the island and we really enjoyed staying on the canal.

Pleasurable stay at Hawksbill house

A very cute and easy to live in house. Very organized and well labeled items. The pool area was quaint and relaxing. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. Our family had a great time.

Highly recommend Hawksbill House for a family trip to Providenciales

We enjoyed our stay at Hawksbill House very much. It’s a beautifully appointed home, super clean and sunny, with a lovely private pool and veranda to enjoy the gentle breeze of Leeward Providenciales. The owner and property manager are such excellent and caring hosts. All the amenities you’ll need are here, and the home was convenient to explore Pelican Beach and the surrounding Grace Bay area. Highly recommend for a family trip to the area!

Great home and location

This house was great, especially the backyard pool area on a canal with Kayaks. A short drive to Grace Bay and great space in the living room/kitchen and back yard. There was some noise from construction next door but the property managers were very transparent about it and upfront so it was not a surprise to us. Also very attentive property managers in general for any questions we had!

Great location, very clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it has a really nice location on the island. It is clean and comfortable and the management gives you clear directions on how things work. We hope the owners will provide future guests with life jackets for the kayaks, as we understood from neighbors that this is more frequently being tracked and of course, is safer. Overall the house was great.

Great family vacation.

We spent 2024 Christmas in TC. We had a fantastic time. Weather was ideal for beaching, walking, and a lot of relaxing. The house was exactly what we were hoping for. A few small issues which were resolved by the property management team in an expedient manner. We walked to the beach everyday, which was a short 15minute walk, so presented good exercise.

Great week at Hawksbill !

We had an excellent week in Turks & Caicos at Hawksbill house. It's close to everything and sheltered from the strong wind that can come at times on other parts of T&C. We appreciated how well the house was stocked with linens, towels, tv's and beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, etc). Check-in & out was a breeze and the hosts were excellent communicators the whole time. We would happily return to Hawksbill house in the future.

Fantastic

This was the 5th time we stayed at Hawksbill House. The house is wonderful, it has everything you need and the location is the best on the island. I do not exaggerate when I say after staying in the house for 2 weeks I tear up when I leaving. You will not be disappointed!!!!
