Villa Perroquet is the ideal place to enjoy a family-style vacation. Set 980 feet from the fabulous Leeward Beach, this villa offers a sparkling pool and large patio with coconut trees, sago palms, and plenty of seating. A poolside gazebo with built-in grill and shaded dining area creates the perfect setting for casual meals and barbeques.

For a change of scenery, take the cooler, portable beach chairs, and umbrellas down the street to the beautiful ocean. Crystal clear water and amazing views are just a short walk away!

Inside the villa are three comfortable bedrooms, an indoor living and dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room for guest use. The entire home benefits from ceiling fans and full house air-conditioning.

There's Wi-Fi throughout the villa, a 59-inch flat screen television, Bluetooth speaker, and a complimentary island cell phone to use for local calls during your stay.

When you decide to venture out, the heart of Grace Bay, with it's selection of restaurants and boutique shops, is just a 6-minute drive away.

One word; Awesome

This was an awesome place to stay. We were here for a week and we really enjoyed the place. Very clean, pool was great. We were not lacking for anything. Everything we needed was there. It was awesome.

Wonderful home-clean and great location!

Home was perfect for our family of four. House and pool were very clean. Located in an extremely nice neighborhood and felt safe the entire time. The beautiful and secluded Pelican beach is just a couple blocks away-easily walkable. House is a short 5-7 minute drive from the action on Grace Bay. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended this property and management company!! Thanks for a great stay!

Close to Beach for family vacation

Very nice 3 BR house near the beach. Master bedroom had a memory foam topper on the bed, made it very comfortable. The other 2 bedrooms were reported to have VERY hard beds by the people in our party who slept in those rooms. The check-in 'orientation' was a little too detailed and long. Just the basics would have been fine, didn't need walked room to room. Would stay here agian if I needed this many bedrooms.

Great place to stay property is clean,christine made check in very easy and stress free.well appointed kitchen 5 min walk to beach.was a little buggy in back yard but that may have been time of year.we would definately stay here again

Great stay in Leeward!

We enjoyed our stay at this home, and it was so nice to have extra space on a rainy day to spread out. Everything is well kept and the location is great. Walking distance to a small beach and a 5m drive to Grace bay if you want a bigger one. The property manager Christine is highly communicative which was very helpful.

Great Villa

The Villa was very neat and clean and had everything you need from cooking to beach items. The outdoor area was very nice to sit and enjoy and nice and quiet for your evening dinner and afternoon relaxing by the pool. Only 2 to 3 blocks from amazing beach. Christine the manager was great at responding to any questions.

Beautiful!!!

We really enjoyed our stay as a family. The pool was awesome, especially after coming back from the beach. We cooked our meals, and had the luxuries of taking our own vehicle to whichever beach we wanted to for the day. Although being a couple blocks from Pelican Beach, which is a short walk, we ended up going there a lot as it is amazing as well and quiet. What a relaxing vacation!! Thank You!

Perroquet = Pristine!

The villa was absolutely splendid. It had everything we needed, was very private and safe, and was super clean and gorgeous. We were especially impressed with the quality of service and the extra "small touches" that were provided. We were four adults and two teenagers and there was plenty of room and comfortable beds for everyone. There was some rain during our stay and being able to still sit outside under the large covered space was so much better than a balcony we would have had in a resort. We would return in a heartbeat!

As Advertised!

Great villa location for a stay in Turks. Three good sized bedrooms and all the comforts of home for 6 adults. We had everything that we needed in the villa and the property manager left us with a few treats and staples to get us started. We loved the in-ground pool and spent a lot of time enjoying the privacy of the property. Walking distance to a really nice beach and an easy drive to the resort and shopping area at Grace Bay. We highly recommend this home for your stay

Great place and location

This house was great. Very clean, well equipped and perfect location. The back yard is super private. It is a little buggy at night eating outside but nothing a bit of bug spray can't resolve. Property manager was very responsive. The items supplied to get us started were much appreciated. Only thing missing was salt and pepper which we added. Blue tooth speaker was a great add. Beach chairs and umbrellas all in good shape and very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Loved our stay!

Where do I start!? This place was paradise for us! We had absolutely everything we needed here. This was our second time in Turks and we loved this villa! We made great use of the pool out back. The beach was only two blocks down so we could easily come and go. Just a short 5 min drive to main area of grace bay. Christine was fast to respond and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We loved that this villa was one floor with having a baby in tote. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Relax and Enjoy!!!

Loved this beautiful home in the Leeward district of TCI. Comfortable, spacious, the house had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our week. We loved the outdoor pool/grill/patio area— included beach chairs and pool floats, beach towels! The Sunset Beach was a short walk from Villa Perroquet— quiet and lovely. Leeward Beach and other beaches were accessible (we did rent a car) , and the cooler provided allowed us to pack snacks and drinks easily. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to fix a couple meals to “stay home “ and dine after long sunny days in the water. Security system helped us to feel safe within this beautiful community. Christine communicated well with us and answered every question. Big thank you!! Hope to come back to TCI and visit again !!

Great Location

We loved the location of this property. There were 3 couples and the house was comfortable. We enjoyed a few dinners and most of our lunches eating outside on the patio. The pool area is lovely. It is a very short walk to beautiful Pelican beach. We walked Grace Bay beach a few times but really enjoyed our walks from Pelican Beach around Emerald Point. We didn't really use the pool as the water is quite cool. It is a short drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the Grace Bay area. Some of the restaurants we loved were Jack's Fountain (burgers!), Mango Reef, and Somewhere. We had perfect weather, went snorkeling and Jojo and family showed up and we had the privilege of swimming with them. We also flew to Grand Turk and went whale watching and swam with a humpback whale. An awesome trip. We will be back! And a big thank you to Robert for being an exceptional host!

We were burgarlized at this villa!

Please be aware that there have been numerous burgarlaries in this neighborhood and this particular villa has been hit twice according to police. We armed the security system when we left but it didn't go off and intruders forced their way in from the back door. The security system was inadequate with sensors only on the front door. If you stay here I recommend travel insurance as our group of 5 had about $12,000 worth of our belongings taken. The property manager Robert was very helpful and sympathetic to our situation but the owners are jerks and only cared about their pocketbooks. We were shaken to the core and nolonger cared to stay here with the back door no longer locking and the security sytstem not working. The owners didn't want to pay the extra money to put us up at the Atrium but eventually did but we never did get our security deposit back. Thanks for nothing Gary & Carol.

Awesome home and location!

We took a family vacation to T&C and stayed here for 7 days and it was fantastic! The place is exactly as it appears in the photos - very clean, well-appointed throughout, with everything we could possibly need. Great communication with Christine (property manager) throughout the booking process, check-in, check-out, and fielding a couple of questions in between. A few little things were included that we didn't anticipate like toiletries, bottled water, a basket of chips/condiments, etc. which were greatly appreciated! The pool area was excellent and a great place to hang out/cool off when we just felt like hanging out at the villa. The beach is maybe 100 yards down the road so well within walking distance but since we were bringing chairs, cooler, beach stuff, etc. we usually drove down and parking was never an issue. If you take the main walkway to the beach, look right when you get to the end and go past the rocks. You'll find a mile of one of the most beautiful beaches you'll ever go to with hardly anyone on it. It still amazes me that it was so peaceful. It's also worth mentioning that the villa is a quick (5 minutes) and easy drive to the Grace Bay area where the resorts, restaurants, and shopping are. There are a number of great restaurants beyond Grace Bay (maybe 15 mins away) as well. All in all, it was a great vacation and an outstanding place to stay with the family for a week. Villa exceed our expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at Peroquet and Christine was readily available for any and all issues. The place is clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable and we loved the outdoor space. It is an easy walk to the beach, but you will want a rental car for grocery store runs, restaurants, and exploring various snorkeling spots.

Absolutely amazing stay!

Debating between villas? This one is where you should stay. We’ve rented homes and apartments all over the world and this was one of our BEST stays by far. Clean and well appointed, comfy beds, fabulous pool area, and easy walk to a gorgeous beach! Also just a 3-4 minute drive from Sunset Beach which we love too. We love the Leeward Settlement. Quiet and safe, and just a short ride to town. Great for morning walks or jogs if that’s your thing. The kitchen is great if you like to cook— very well equipped with everything you need. Great set up with washer and dryer right off the kitchen. The property manager, Christine, was amazing. She met us there and the small touches like the bottled water and essentials like full size shampoo and kitchen things like sugar and ketchup were so appreciated. Also- towels- plush white bath towels AND nice thick beach towels! The beach chairs and umbrellas were also very good quality as well. I can’t recommend this villa enough, we can’t wait to go back sometime! We are a family of 5– three teens ages 19, 16, snd 15 and it was an amazing week!

The perfect first post-vaccination trip!

What a wonderful property and Christine was lovely - incredible communication, every detail thought of. I cannot say enough good things about her. My husband, I and our two children met two of our closest friends on Provo after a long pandemic isolation. What a wonderful spot, and it was spotless and lovely, with a well-supplied kitchen. We feel so lucky to have stayed there - a short walk to the beach, perfect pool, and we used the outdoor bar and grill almost every night. Sunset at the beach down the road is a must! We also recommend our day long boat charter with Okeanos Charters - Josh is wonderful to work with. We had such a lovely stay, thank you.

Quiet, thoughtful, sublime

We rented this property for a week after Christmas to get away but still be able to social distance and isolate. Its layout is perfect. 2 bedrooms on one side of the single floor house share a bathroom and a half bath, which is also adjacent to the lovely pool area. Master is on the other side of the house. With its own bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous with mature hedges for privacy and nice palm trees. It is a 5 minute walk to a small beach and a 15 minute walk(3 minute drive) to an enormous beach. The property manager Christine is terrific. Very attentive and stocked the kitchen with coffee, filters, condiments etc. before our arrival. 2 grocery stores are close. Leeward Settlement is quiet and calm and a lovely place to spend a week.

Great House and Location

This was a great house in a even better location. Everything was clean, and we were super close to a great (almost personal) beach. We really enjoyed having the private pool since there was a mandatory curfew at 8pm. We would end our day at the beach or traveling around island and come back and have fun at the pool. The neighborhood is also very close to the Marinas where a lot of excursions go out of. Robert and his wife Florence were excellent hosts.The house had everything we needed when we arrived. Everything was clean and in great working condition. We would absolutely stay at this property again and would recommend to any family or group of friends wanting an awesome spacious house. Thanks again Robert and Florence!
